We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of depression and spiritual attack. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus came that we might have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of heaviness, confusion, and strife in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word tells us, *"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on this truth, believing that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we ask for deliverance from every evil attack and from the lies of the enemy that breed unnecessary arguments and tormenting thoughts. Your Word says, *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7). We submit to You now, Lord, and resist every work of darkness. Fill this dear one with Your Holy Spirit, flooding their mind with Your truth and their heart with Your peace. We pray for an outpouring of the gifts of the Spirit—wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discernment, tongues, and interpretation—so that they may walk in power and purpose.

We also lift up the importance of consistent prayer and time in Your presence. Jesus Himself withdrew to lonely places to pray (Luke 5:16), and we encourage setting aside dedicated time to seek Him. The enemy will always try to distract, but we declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every spirit of disturbance and loose the peace of God to reign in their life.

Finally, we rejoice in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If there is any area of life not fully surrendered to Him, we pray for complete trust and obedience. May they walk in the fullness of the Spirit, free from depression and filled with joy unspeakable and full of glory (1 Peter 1:8).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. Strengthen this one in their inner being, that Christ may dwell in their heart through faith (Ephesians 3:16-17). Let them rise above every attack, clothed in the armor of God, and may their life be a testimony of Your delivering power. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, lifting up your burden to the Lord. Depression can feel like a heavy weight, but we remember that Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We claim this promise for you today.

We declare that you are a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and we ask that the Lord would fill you afresh with His presence. Let the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that the Lord would give you a spirit of power, love, and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:7), and that you would walk in this power, love, and self-control.

We also pray that the Lord would reveal Himself to you in a fresh way. In the midst of depression, it's easy to feel alone, but we remind you that the Lord is always with you. As Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We pray that you would experience this closeness and comfort today.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to lift your heart before the throne of grace. It has been our privilege to stand in agreement with you, praying for the peace and deliverance you so desperately need from the heavy weight of depression and the enemy’s relentless attacks. We have asked the Lord to silence every voice of accusation, confusion, and strife that seeks to disturb your mind, and we have claimed the promise that He will guard your heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We continue to pray that the Holy Spirit would flood your life with His presence, that you would sense His nearness in every moment, and that the gifts of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—would overflow in abundance. May the Lord break every chain of darkness and fill you with His light, driving out fear, doubt, and despair as you fix your eyes on Him.
