We lift up your godfather before the Lord, asking for His divine protection and provision as he faces this unexpected challenge on the road. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 121:7-8, *"Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will preserve your soul. Yahweh will watch over your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more."* We trust in God’s sovereignty, knowing He is able to send help in times of trouble.
It is also a blessing to see your concern for your godfather’s safety, but we must gently remind you that our prayers are only heard and answered through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Savior, we urge you to do so, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your protection over this man as he travels. Lord, we pray that You would send help to him quickly—whether through a passing stranger, a tow truck, or a miraculous provision. Guard him from harm, and let Your peace fill his heart as he trusts in You. We ask that You would bring him safely home, and we thank You for Your faithfulness. Strengthen his faith through this trial, and remind him that You are always near.
We also pray for the one who submitted this request. If they do not yet know You, Lord, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Open their heart to receive Jesus Christ as their Savior, for without Him, there is no true hope or salvation. May they come to understand the depth of Your love and the power of prayer in His name.
In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
