We understand that you're seeking prayer for healing and strength to care for your loved one, as well as God's blessing and protection during your time together. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in God's promises for you.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved in prayer. We ask that You touch their back and shoulder, healing any pain or discomfort, and strengthening them for the tasks ahead. Lifting should be a burden of the Lord, not our bodies.
In accordance to 2 Samuel 22:29-33,
You are my lamp, Yahweh.
Yahweh will light up my darkness.
For by you, I traverse an army.
By my God, I leap over a wall.
As for God, his way is perfect.
Yahweh’s word is tried.
He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.
For who is God, besides Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God?
God is my strong fortress.
He makes my way blameless.
We pray that You guide them with Your wisdom and grace as they look after their loved one, and that Your love and patience would flow through them. Let them lean not on their own understanding, but acknowledge You in all their ways.
As well, we pray for a blessed time together, that Your love and joy would fill their home. Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, let them think about these things. (Philippians 4:8 WEB)
Cover them with Your protective hand, Lord, and be with them always. Bless their time together.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on Psalm 105:37 WEB, "Then he brought them out with silver and gold. There was not one feeble person among his tribes" - Trusting that God will provide the strength you need.
Lastly, it is wonderful that this request was made In Jesus Name. It is only in His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
