Pray God gives me patience with the 2 men at my office! The ops manager especially will talk over me and when I need a piece of customer information from his files, he will over answer and tell me what I need to tell the customer. I feel like they are talking down to me and disrespecting me because I am a woman. HELP!!! I think God has assigned me to pray for this man and be nice to him. Pray he would have confidence and not be insecure. Also pray he will go for a doctor's appointment for an overall physical exam.

UPDATE today: He did it again today and I snapped at him. I said "when he tells me in detail to do exactly what I just told him I plan to do that I feel like he is talking down to me; but maybe that is the way he just confirms and communicates?" He said he is being respectful and I misunderstood. I did not expect to snap and did not handle this eloquently, but my feedback has been given to him.

So, I am still praying for the Lord help me to have more grace to people when I explain how their communication is being interpreted by me as disrespectful. Help me with this Lord because I feel like I am mad inside and that I have now sinned against this person and I want to be at peace. I want to get along with others and know from the Lord how to give feedback peacefully and learn how we can best communicate. In Jesus name
