We join you together in Jesus' name as night falls, with gratitude for your faith and urgency for your mom and your family, and we lift up your requests before our Heavenly Father who hears us through the precious blood of Jesus Christ.
We are moved by your love for your mom and your plea for her healing from fatty liver disease. We stand with you asking for God's mercy and healing touch upon her body. We remember the promise that He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases in Psalm 103:2-3 and that He has said, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds in Jeremiah 30:17. We also claim His promise to satisfy with long life when it is according to His will, as written in Psalm 91:16, With long life I will satisfy him, and show him my salvation. We pray that God would strengthen your mom's liver, restore her health, and grant her many more years to glorify Him, while we trust His perfect timing and sovereign will for her life.
We also lift up your heavy financial burden and the weight of monthly credit payments with no job or steady support. We understand how overwhelming this feels, and we bring this to the Lord who is our provider. We are reminded in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and in Matthew 6:33, But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We pray that God will open doors for honest work and provision, give you wisdom for stewardship, and help you to walk in diligence and dependence on Him. As it is written in 2 Thessalonians 3:10, If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat, we encourage you to actively seek any opportunity the Lord provides, trusting He will bless the work of your hands while you also trust Him to provide daily bread.
We hear your cry for the Holy Spirit's guidance for you and your mom and for strength after your father's passing to be with the Lord. God is a Father of the fatherless and a defender of widows, and He is the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our affliction in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4. We pray He will guide every moment and decision according to His will, as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. We ask Him to keep you safe and strong in Him and to lead you into the good future He has prepared.
We join you in praying for holy protection over your family and home this night, over every heart and mind, every door and room and corner. We claim Psalm 91:11, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, and Psalm 4:8, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. We ask the Lord to grant you a restful, peaceful and relaxed night, to bless your meals and activities with His peace and joy, and to gently heal past trauma memories. We pray that frustration, screaming, jumping and vocal stimming would be calmed by His peace, and that He would replace anxiety with His comfort, for Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Let us pray together.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the miraculous name of Jesus Christ, pleading His precious blood over this dear mom, her child, and their whole family and children. Lord, touch this mom's body and heal her liver, restore her to good health and strength, and grant her long life for Your glory. Provide for this family financially, open a door for work and stable income, help them to pay what they owe with integrity, and teach them to seek first Your Kingdom. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon them, guide them in every moment according to Your will, strengthen them in their grief and loss, keep them safe and prosper them in Your arms. Cover their home with Your holy protection, let Your angels stand guard around them, give them deep and peaceful sleep, and take away all past trauma and distress, filling their hearts and home with Your peace, joy and satisfaction. We trust You to lead them and keep them, and we thank You that You hear us because we come through Jesus Christ our Lord. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
