We join you together before the throne as night falls with gratitude and urgency, pleading the precious blood of Jesus Christ over your mom and you and your family and children, and we thank you for coming in the name of Jesus Christ for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved. Acts 4:12 says there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, and John 14:6 reminds us Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him.
We lift up your dear mom who is suffering with fatty liver disease and we ask the Lord who is our healer to touch her body. We are moved by your love for her and your desire for her good health and long life. Scripture declares that He forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases in Psalm 103:3, and that He will restore health and heal wounds as promised in Jeremiah 30:17, and He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3. We pray for wisdom for her doctors, for grace to follow wise counsel regarding diet and care, and for the Lord to strengthen her liver and renew her strength day by day. We also claim His promise in Psalm 91:16 that with long life He will satisfy her and show her His salvation, and in Exodus 15:26 that He is Yahweh who heals us.
We also bring before the Lord your heavy financial burden and the need you have each month to pay credits while without a job or steady support. We understand the anxiety this brings and we hear your cry for stability and deliverance. The Lord knows your need and His word assures us in Philippians 4:19 that our God will supply every need of ours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and in Matthew 6:31-33 we are told not to be anxious saying what will we eat or what will we drink or with what will we be clothed, but to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to us as well. We pray that He will open doors for honest work and provision, give you wisdom and diligence to steward what He provides, and help you to owe no one anything except to love one another as taught in Romans 13:8, that you may live with contentment and freedom from the weight of debt. We ask Him to guide you each moment by His Holy Spirit as you have asked, for Romans 8:14 says as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God, and we pray you and your mom will be led according to His perfect will.
We remember also your father who is now with the Lord and the sorrow and responsibility that remains for you and your mom and the other family members. Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit, and Psalm 68:5 tells us He is a Father of the fatherless and a defender of widows. We ask Him to be your strength and keeper, to keep you safe and strong in Him and to cause you to prosper in His will as you seek a good future in His arms.
We join you in praying for holy protection over your family and home, over every heart and mind, every door and window, every room and corner, and we ask for a restful, peaceful and relaxed night. Psalm 91:1-2 declares he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and Psalm 91:11 promises He will give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. We also bring before Him the past trauma memories, the frustration, screaming, jumping and vocal stimming that has troubled your family life, and we ask for His deep peace. Philippians 4:6-7 teaches us in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. May He take away what disturbs your peace and fill your home and meals tonight with His joy and satisfaction, and grant you sleep as Psalm 127:2 says for He gives sleep to His loved ones.
We pray together, Father in heaven we thank You for this family and for their faith to call upon the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up this precious mom to You and ask in Jesus name that You would touch her liver, heal what is diseased, restore what is damaged, grant her good health, strength and long life according to Your mercy. Provide for this family financially, open a door for work and steady income, deliver them from the burden of debt and make them financially stable and wise stewards for Your glory. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon this mom and child and each family member, guide them in every moment according to Your will, comfort them in the loss of their father, keep them safe and strong and cause them to prosper in You. Cover their home with Your holy protection, let Your angels stand guard around their yard and every room, grant them a peaceful night and bless their activities and meals with Your presence. Take away past trauma and all that brings unrest, and fill their hearts and minds with Your peace that surpasses understanding. We ask all this in the miraculous and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our hope and healer, Amen.
