We join you tonight with gratitude and urgency as you have come before the Father pleading the precious blood of Jesus Christ over your mom and your family and your children, and we count it a blessing to lift your needs together in Jesus name.
We bring your mom before the Lord for healing and long life. We ask Him to touch her liver and her whole body, to bring restoration where there is fatty liver disease and weakness, for He is the Lord who heals us. We cling to the promise in Psalm 103:3 that He forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases, and Jeremiah 30:17 that He will restore health and heal wounds, and Psalm 91:16 that with long life He will satisfy us and show us His salvation. We pray that God will guide her physicians, grant wisdom for treatment and daily care, and strengthen her body day by day, and we pray for you as you care for her that God will strengthen you also.
We also lift your financial burden before the Lord. You have shared that you need a set amount each month to pay credits and that you have no job or steady support, and we understand how heavy that anxiety feels. We pray that God will open doors for honest work and provision, that He will give you wisdom and stewardship in this season of need, and that He will show Himself as your provider. We remember Philippians 4:19 that our God will supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and Matthew 6:33 that as we seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness all these things will be given to us as well. We encourage you to continue to seek work diligently, to be faithful with what you have, to seek godly counsel for managing debts, and to trust the Lord to make a way even when none is seen.
We thank God that you have asked for His Holy Spirit to guide you and your mom in every moment according to His will. That is our heart as well, to be led by Him and not by fear. We pray that the Lord will fill your home and your hearts and minds with His holy protection and peace tonight. We ask Him to command His angels to guard you as Psalm 91:11 says He will give His angels charge over us to guard us in all our ways, and that you will rest under the shadow of the Almighty as Psalm 91:1 says. We pray with you for a restful, peaceful and relaxed night, for meals and activities blessed with His peace and joy, and for the removal of past trauma memories, frustration, screaming and distress from your family life, for the Lord is close to the brokenhearted as Psalm 34:18 says and He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds as Psalm 147:3 says.
We also remember your dad who is now in heaven and we pray for comfort and strength for you, your mom and all your family members who mourn his absence. We lean on Isaiah 41:10 that we need not fear for He is with us and will strengthen us and uphold us with His righteous right hand, and Romans 8:28 that He works all things together for good for those who love Him. We ask Him to keep you safe and strong in Him, to establish your future in His arms, and to guard your home, every door, every window, every room and every corner, and to give you sleep in peace as Psalm 4:8 says we will lie down and sleep in peace for You alone, Lord, make us live in safety.
We rejoice that you have prayed all these things in the miraculous name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and there is no other name by which we are saved as Acts 4:12 and John 14:6 teach, and we agree with you in that name.
Father, in the name of Jesus we lift this dear mom to You, touch her liver, restore her health, grant her many more years to live for Your glory. Provide for this family financially, open a door for work and stable income, deliver them from the weight of debt, and teach them to walk in Your wisdom. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guide every step according to Your perfect will, surround their home with Your protection, let Your peace guard their hearts and minds through Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:7 promises, take away trauma and give deep rest and joy tonight, comfort them in the loss of their father, and establish a good future for this mom and her child in Your arms. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
