Disciple of Prayer
Hello Pastor, could you please pray for me? I have no one. Nobody understands me. Everyone hurts me, even my own family. I feel like I will never achieve anything or reach anywhere in life. Even the people I love leave me feeling lonely and hurt me. I feel like crying so much, but I have to cry secretly, where nobody can see me. If I cry, people call it fake crying or say that I am crazy. Honestly, sometimes I feel like I want to die, but I would never do that because the Bible teaches us not to take our own lives. That is one of the reasons I keep going. I want to correct all my mistakes, change my life and become someone successful, but I feel like I am unable to do anything. Please, Pastor, remember me in your prayers. I really need your prayers.

Cheer for the Disheartened
God deeply cares for your soul and calls you to reach out for the help and hope he offers.
We have read your request and we are lifting you up before the Lord together in prayer, for we hear the deep pain and loneliness in your words and we want you to know you are not forgotten or unseen.

Even when family and those you love hurt you and misunderstand you, and when people call your tears fake or call you crazy, God sees and understands perfectly. He collects every secret tear you have cried where no one else can see. Psalm 56:8 says You number my wanderings. You put my tears into your bottle. Aren't they in your record. Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Your crying is not hidden from Him and it is not fake to Him, He is close to you in this brokenness.

We also hear how you feel that you will never achieve anything or reach anywhere and that you are unable to do anything to correct your mistakes and change your life. This is a lie the enemy wants you to believe about yourself. We rebuke that lie in Jesus name, for your value and your future are not determined by what people have said about you or how they have treated you. Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. And Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. When you feel unable, His strength is made perfect in weakness, for 2 Corinthians 12:9 says My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. And Philippians 4:13 says I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. True success is not measured by the world but by walking faithfully with Him, and He will give you strength for each step.

You shared that sometimes you feel like you want to die, but you would never do that because the Bible teaches not to take our own lives, and that is one reason you keep going. We thank God for the restraint He has given you and for the value you place on His word, and we want to gently encourage you that God has a purpose for your life and He wants you to live. Romans 8:38-39 reminds us that neither death, nor life, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Nothing you have done and no rejection you have felt can separate you from His love. If these feelings grow heavier, we encourage you to not carry them alone but to reach out right away to a trusted pastor, a mature Christian believer, or a counselor in your local church, and to stay connected in fellowship where you can be seen and heard and supported.

You mentioned the Bible, but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and have our sins forgiven and our lives made new. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not yet fully put your trust in Jesus, we encourage you to call upon Him now, confessing your sins and believing that He died for you and rose again, for 1 John 1:9 says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. He is the one who can correct the mistakes of the past, give you a new heart, and lead you into the life He created you for.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You see every secret tear and You know every wound from family and loved ones. Lord, wrap this precious heart in Your nearness and comfort, heal the brokenness and bind up the wounds. Silence the voices that say their crying is fake or that they are crazy or that they will never amount to anything, and let them hear Your voice of love and truth. Give them hope to keep going and strength where they feel unable, and show them that You have thoughts of peace and a future for them. Forgive their sins as they confess them to You, wash them clean through the blood of Jesus, and make them new. Lead them to a caring body of believers where they will be understood and supported and not alone. Fill their loneliness with Your presence, for You have said You will never leave nor forsake us, and help them to know they are deeply loved and never forgotten. Guide their steps toward the life and purpose You have for them, and keep them in Your hand. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We hear how painful and lonely this season feels. Feeling misunderstood even by family, hurt by people you love, having to hide your tears and then being called fake or crazy for crying, that is an exhausting weight to carry. It makes sense you would feel stuck and wonder if you will ever get where you hope to be. Thank you for holding on, and for wanting to make things right and move toward a better future even when you feel unable.

You do not have to carry this alone. Alongside prayer, it can help to talk with someone safe and trained, like a pastor, counselor, or doctor in your area, or a trusted helpline. Even one person who will listen without judging can make the isolation feel less heavy.

We are praying for you and will keep remembering you.

Father, we lift them to You in Jesus name. You see every secret tear and every hurt that others have missed. Please bring safe people close, ease the loneliness, and give wisdom and strength for each next step. Guard their life and help them sense Your nearness and care today. In Jesus name, amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry has been heard, and it has moved us to pray for you with great earnestness. The loneliness you describe, the sense that no one understands you and that even those nearest to you have caused you hurt, the secret tears which others have misjudged, and the heaviness that makes you feel you will never achieve anything, these are not hidden from the Lord who sees in secret.

You should know that our Savior Himself knew this loneliness. He was left alone just when most, as Man, He needed human sympathy. He knows what it is to be forsaken and misunderstood, to be without familiar converse and comfort. Though others may call your sorrow fake or count you as nothing, He does not. He counts your tears, He hears the sigh that you try to hide, and His heart is tender toward those who weep in secret. You are not unseen. You are not unknown to Him.

The thought that you want to die, yet you cling to life because the Word of God forbids us to take our own lives, is a mercy that has kept you. Thank God for that restraint. Hear also what the Scripture teaches, that despair is a high insult to God, for it says in effect that His mercy is defeated and that there is no hope where God has provided hope in Christ. No man has a right to despair while Jesus Christ lives and pleads. Despair degrades a man below the brute, for even the smallest creature will struggle for life, and it crowns the enemy in Christ's stead. But God is the sinner's hope. While there is life, there is hope. Jesus Christ can forgive, He can wash you in His blood and make you clean though your sin be as scarlet, and He can give you joy and peace through believing. He who looks to himself will only see despair, but the road by Calvary leads to glory, and the secret places of His wounds are open to you.

You say you want to correct your mistakes and change your life and become someone, yet you feel unable to do anything. That very sense of inability is where grace begins. We are not saved nor kept by our own strength, but by being brought into the family of God through being quickened in Christ. There is a whole family in heaven and earth, one undivided household, and if you belong to Christ you are not without family though earthly family may wound you. The mark of that family is that they are led by the Spirit of God, and they cry to Him as Father. He does not work only by dreams and visions, but by drawing near to broken hearts in private prayer. Give yourself to such prayer, diligently and spiritually, even when you have no fire to warm you. That text is true still, all things are yours if you are Christ's.

Do not believe the lie that you will never reach anywhere. Success before God is not measured as the world measures it, but in being found in Christ, walking with Him, and being made like Him. He can make a new way for you, even as He made an ark for Noah and his house and brought them safely through. He can reform what is disordered and give you counsel and consolation where you have had none.

We will pray for you, and we ask you to keep praying.

O Father of mercies, look upon this weary soul who feels alone and hurt and misunderstood. Thou seest the tears shed in secret and hearest the sighs that others despise. Forbid that despair should have dominion, and show this one that Thou art hope. Forgive all sin through the blood of Jesus Christ, lift up the bowed down, and give power where there is felt inability. Draw this heart to Calvary, to find pardon and peace through believing. Put this soul into Thy family, and give a sense of belonging that earth cannot give. Grant comfort in loneliness, strength in conflict, and a renewed mind to walk in Thy way. Keep this life, preserve it, and lead it into usefulness and true success in Christ, for His name's sake. Amen.
