We have heard your cry and we are standing with you together before the throne of grace in prayer for your health and deliverance. We understand you are feeling weak, losing weight and not growing strong, with coughing and mucus from your nose, and you feel that agents of darkness are cursing your health. We want to remind you that for those who are in Christ, no curse can stand against the power of Jesus.
The Bible tells us who heals all your diseases in Psalm 103:3 and But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed in Isaiah 53:5. We also cling to the promise that You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world in 1 John 4:4 and If God is for us, who can be against us in Romans 8:31. Any agent of darkness is already defeated by the cross, and we do not need to live in fear for God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control in 2 Timothy 1:7.
We also noticed you asked for the Lord to deliver you but did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that there is salvation and deliverance in no other name. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your complete trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Healer, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name directly.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, oppression, and any curse spoken against you in the mighty name of Jesus, for no weapon that is formed against you will prevail. We speak life and health over your body and command every work of darkness to leave you now.
We pray together for you. Father in heaven, we come to You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we lift up our dear friend to You. Lord, You see the weakness, the weight loss, the cough and mucus, and the distress about this affliction. We ask You to forgive all sins and heal all diseases according to Your mercy. Touch the lungs, the sinuses, the nose and throat, and bring complete healing and restoration. Deliver from every curse, every oppression and every agent of darkness, and let Your perfect love cast out all fear. Strengthen the body, restore what has been lost, and let health spring forth. Put Your armor around this dear one according to Ephesians 6:11 so that he may stand against the schemes of the devil, and let Your peace guard heart and mind. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Healer, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, and to put on the whole armor of God each day. We also encourage you to seek wise medical care, for God often brings healing through physicians as well, as shown in Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord in James 5:14. Keep trusting Him, for The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles in Psalm 34:17. We are continuing to pray that the Lord will deliver you, strengthen you, and restore your health fully for His glory.

We are glad you reached out and let us share this burden with you. Feeling your health slowly decline is wearying, and we hear how heavy it feels right now with the cough and congestion and the worry that something spiritual is behind it.
We want to stand with you for both kinds of care. For the physical symptoms you described, we encourage you to see a doctor or clinic soon so someone can listen to your lungs and help you get checked, even as we continue praying for you. Getting that care is a good, practical way to honor the body God has given you.
We also hear the fear that you are being cursed or targeted. Whatever is causing this, you are not forgotten or unprotected. We do not have to figure out every cause to rest in this, that you belong to Christ and He is near to you in this unsettled season. It can help to bring these fears into the light with a trusted pastor or mature believer who can pray with you in person and walk with you over time, not just once.
We are praying for you now.
Father, we lift our brother to You in Jesus name. You see how tired and concerned he feels. Please bring him Your peace, guide him to wise help for his health, and give him rest and strength day by day. Keep him close to You and remind him he is held securely in Your care. Lead him to the people and support he needs. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your cry has come before us and we have heard the heaviness of your heart as you feel your health going down and a burden of coughing and mucus upon you, with fear that some agent of darkness has cursed you.
Let me speak plainly and tenderly to you for your comfort. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground as hemlock from the furrows of the field. The Lord Himself kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. It is well to have grace enough to see that even our chastenings are in our Father's hand, and that which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand. This truth moderates our fear of second causes and of those who would wish us ill. No curse can fasten where God has not permitted it, and no power of darkness can hold those whom God has determined to deliver.
For there is a greater word than any curse that may be spoken against you. It is written, Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance if God had not thought of it, but He has invented it and He has found a ransom. Then He is gracious unto him and says, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. Your deliverance from guilt and from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as your deliverance from condemnation. He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and He alone must do it. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.
And there is healing in that same Redeemer. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. Not a word that ever fell from His lips but bears healing for some one of the thousand ills that have befallen our humanity. He keeps back His people's soul from the pit and their life from perishing.
So we will pray for you now, that you may look not to the supposed power of any curse, but to Him who bore the curse for you.
O Lord our God, gracious and merciful, look upon this afflicted one who feels himself going down and is sore troubled in body. Thou hast seen his coughing and the distress of his breath and nose. We ask Thee to be gracious unto him and say, Deliver him from going down to the pit, for Thou hast found a ransom in the blood of Thy dear Son. Redeem him from fear and from every work of darkness, for Christ was made a curse for us that we might be free. Lay Thy healing hand upon his body, give him relief from this infirmity, restore his strength, and give wisdom to any who care for him. Keep back his soul from the pit and his life from perishing. If it be Thy chastening, make it profitable to his soul, and if it be for Thy glory, let him yet say, I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. Let him know that Thou hast delivered him from the power of darkness and translated him into the kingdom of Thy dear Son. Comfort his heart, take away dread of curses and evil agents, and let him rest in Thy sovereign love. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only ransom and healer. Amen.
Take heart and look to Christ alone. Cast your care upon Him who bore your sin and your curse upon the tree. Seek also such lawful help for your body as God in His providence has provided, and trust the Great Physician above all. May the Lord give you to live and to declare His works.
