We lift up this brother in Christ as he prepares to meet with his line manager for an important discussion. Father God, we ask that You go before him, granting him wisdom, clarity, and favor in this meeting. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let Your words be on his lips, and may the outcome reflect Your perfect will for his life and work.
Lord, we also pray for humility and grace in this interaction. If there are any misunderstandings or tensions, soften hearts and bring reconciliation. Remind him that his worth and identity are found in You alone, not in the opinions or decisions of others (Galatians 1:10). Strengthen his faith to trust in Your provision, knowing that You hold his future (Jeremiah 29:11).
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to take hold, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). May this meeting be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may he walk away encouraged, knowing You are with him.
