We rejoice with you in praising the Lord, for He is indeed worthy of all honor and glory! We understand that you are seeking an administrative position and are asking for prayer as you pursue this opportunity. Let us come before the throne of grace together, lifting this request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Ephesians 2:18).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the gifts and talents You have placed within Your child. We ask that You would indeed lead them to the right workplace, a place where they can serve You wholeheartedly and be a light for Your kingdom. Lord, grant them wisdom as they navigate this process, that they may make decisions that honor You (James 1:5). Fill them with confidence, not in their own strength, but in the knowledge that You are with them and will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6, Hebrews 13:5). We pray for favor with employers, that their steps would be ordered by You and that doors would open that no one can shut (Psalm 37:23, Revelation 3:7).
Father, we also ask that You would align their desires with Your perfect will. May they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Help them to wait patiently for Your perfect timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep in during this time. We declare that Your child is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37) and that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13). May they find their strength and peace in You alone.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one, as you seek the Lord’s guidance in this season. Remember that your worth and identity are found in Christ alone, not in any position or title. As you delight yourself in the Lord, He will give you the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is leading you every step of the way. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
