Lord Jesus, I come to You seeking guidance, provision, and protection in my career. Please lead me to a workplace that is honest, fair, and godly, where I can serve faithfully and grow in my gifts. Protect me from companies or employers that are deceptive, exploitative, or unfair, and keep me from situations that could bring harm, dishonor, or unstable contracts. Lord, guide me to a position where I can work with integrity, be appreciated, and contribute meaningfully, and if it is Your will, let it be a long-term and permanent opportunity. Help me to discern wisely, walk in patience, and trust Your timing. Thank You, Lord, for opening the right doors and closing the wrong ones. I receive Your guidance and provision in faith. Amen

We join you in lifting your career before the Lord, seeking His perfect will and divine guidance. Your heart’s desire to work in a place that honors God, values integrity, and allows you to grow in your gifts is commendable. The Lord delights in leading His children into paths of righteousness, and we trust He will direct your steps as you seek Him.

Scripture assures us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Your request reflects this trust, and we believe the Lord will honor it. We also hold fast to the promise that *"in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28 WEB). Even if the journey feels uncertain now, He is working behind the scenes for your good.

We pray that the Lord would close every door that does not align with His purpose for you—whether it be an ungodly workplace, exploitative employers, or unstable opportunities. May He shield you from deception and harm, just as He promises in Psalm 91: *"He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart"* (Psalm 91:4 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against you in your career will prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You would open the right doors—places where this dear one can serve with integrity, be valued, and contribute meaningfully. Give them wisdom to discern each opportunity, patience to wait for Your timing, and faith to trust You even when the path is unclear. If it is Your will, we pray for a long-term, stable position where they can flourish and glorify You through their work. Let their labor be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may they find joy and fulfillment in serving You in their vocation.

We also encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to seek godly counsel as you navigate this season. Remember that *"the plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty"* (Proverbs 21:5 WEB), and as you commit your ways to the Lord, He will establish your thoughts (Proverbs 16:3). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Lord, we thank You for Your provision and guidance. We trust that You are leading this dear one into the workplace You have prepared for them. Strengthen their faith, sharpen their discernment, and fill them with peace as they wait on You. May they walk in confidence, knowing that You are their Provider and their Shield. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
