We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for your loved one, lifting him up in prayer for rest, perseverance, and emotional stability. The Lord knows the struggles of the mind and heart, and His Word assures us that He grants sleep to those He loves (Psalm 127:2). We pray that your loved one would find rest in the Lord, sleeping early and waking refreshed, with a mind sharpened by God’s peace. May the Lord quiet his heart and renew his strength, for in Christ, we find true rest for our souls (Matthew 11:28-30).
We also pray for his studies, particularly in math, that God would grant him wisdom, patience, and understanding. The Bible reminds us that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach (James 1:5). May the Lord help him to retain what he has learned and to persevere through setbacks, knowing that endurance builds character (Romans 5:3-4). Let him not grow weary in doing good, for in due season he will reap a harvest if he does not give up (Galatians 6:9).
We encourage you to continue supporting him in prayer and reminding him of God’s faithfulness. If he is not yet walking closely with the Lord, we urge you to share the hope of Christ with him, for true peace and perseverance come only through faith in Jesus. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Christ alone that we find strength for every challenge.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would surround this man with Your peace and grant him the discipline to rest well and study diligently. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may grow in patience, wisdom, and faith. Help him to trust in You in every area of his life, especially when faced with difficulties. May he seek You first, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We pray for his emotional and mental stability, that he would cast all his anxieties on You, for You care for him (1 Peter 5:7). Strengthen him to persevere, and let his efforts bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
