We are lifting you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, as you battle with this illness. We stand in agreement with you, calling on the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is the name by which we are saved as it is written in Acts 4:12: Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We pray, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, for Your healing touch upon our dear brother or sister. You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. Just as You healed so many during Your ministry on earth, we ask that You heal our brother or sister today from this cold, fever, and headache that plagues them. In Jesus' name, we command this sickness to leave their body and ask that You fill them with Your healing power and presence.
We encourage you, dear brother or sister, to continue calling on the name of Jesus, for it is written in John 16:24: Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. Keep praying and keep believing, for God is faithful and He hears your prayers.
In this time of illness, we also encourage you to meditate on God's Word, for it is written in Proverbs 4:20-22: My son, attend to my words. Incline your ear to my sayings. Let them not depart from your eyes. Keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and health to their whole body.
Lastly, we remind you to consider if there is any sin in your life that you need to confess and repent from, for it is written in James 5:16: Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
We stand with you in prayer and belief, trusting that God will heal you and restore you to full health. Amen.
