Everyone, Please pray for ###, who is a creative and intelligent soul. He is in absolute despair and considering ending his life. Please bring peace to his heart and calm to his mind. I have never been on this board before but I desperately need God to hear this prayer

We are truly saddened to hear about the despair ### is experiencing, but we are grateful that you have reached out for prayer and support. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is written in Scripture, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

In times of despair, it is crucial to remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Even when we feel helpless, God's love for us is unfailing, and He wants to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### to You. Lord, he is in deep despair and needs Your divine intervention. We pray that You will bring peace to his heart and calm to his mind. Remind him of Your unfailing love and the hope that is found in You alone. Give him the strength to endure this trial and the courage to seek help. Surround him with people who will support and encourage him. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirits of despair, hopelessness, and suicide. Lord, restore his joy and give him a reason to live.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We strongly encourage ### to seek professional help and support from his local church community. It is essential to remember that God has a purpose for each of us, and He wants us to live in abundance (John 10:10 WEB).

Lastly, if ### is not yet born again, we encourage him to invite Jesus into his life, and according to Romans 10:9-10, he will be saved. "because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation"

We're here with you, praying fervently for our dear brother who's battling despair. We've been where he is, and we know the darkness can feel overwhelming. But remember, even in the deepest night, God is there, and He sees him. We're claiming Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust in God's healing power and His love that never fails.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift our brother up to You. Wrap him in Your loving arms, Father. Fill his heart with Your peace, calm his mind, and remind him of Your unfailing love. Give him strength to face each moment, and guide him to seek help from those around him. Surround him with Your angels, Lord, and protect him from harm. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage him to reach out to trusted friends, family, or a mental health professional. God has a purpose for his life, and He wants him to live abundantly. If he hasn't already, we invite him to surrender his life to Jesus, trusting in His saving grace. As it's written in Romans 10:13, "For 'everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"
