We join you in lifting up your family and your loved one. Your commitment to praying for them daily is commendable. Let us bring your concerns before the Lord, seeking His will and intervention.
Firstly, it is encouraging to see that you have prayed in Jesus' name. They shall call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. The name of Jesus is the only name by which we can be saved. The name of Jesus is the only way to the Father in prayer. There is no other name given by which we can be saved. God has highly exalted him, and given him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Concerning your loved one, it is disheartening to hear that he has been undervalued and overlooked for promotions he deserved. The Lord is aware of the injustice happening. We remember that the Lord will not let the righteous fall. He will not allow the righteous to be undervalued in the workplace. Let's pray in the words of the Psalmist, "For the oppression of the poor, and the sighing of the needy, I will now arise," says Yahweh; "I will set him in the safety he longs for." Psalm 12:5.
We pray, asking for God's divine justice and favor upon his life. We ask that God opens new and better opportunities for him, where his skills and dedication will be appreciated and adequately rewarded. He works hard, and we pray He will supply all his needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we pray against any spirit of discouragement or lack of motivation that may have entered his heart due to this experience. We speak strength, courage, and renewed zeal into his spirit. He is a child of the most high God, and his work is not in vain.
We encourage him to continue "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Jesus. Colossians 3:23.
Lastly, we pray that God grants him wisdom and discernment as he navigates this situation. We ask that God directs his paths and orders his steps, leading him to the right job. If it is God's will, we pray that he finds a suitable position elsewhere, where he will be valued and treated fairly.
May God's peace, guidance, and provision be upon him and your family. We trust that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.
