We join with you in bringing this request before the Lord Jesus and we thank you for seeking Him for wisdom in the workplace.
We know how difficult and tangled workplace pathways can become, with pressures, difficult decisions, and relationships that test our patience and integrity. It is good and right to ask God for wisdom, for He is the true source of it. For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. Proverbs 2:6 and But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5
We encourage you to continue to trust Him to make your path clear as you acknowledge Him in all your ways. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 This means seeking His guidance before acting, walking in honesty and diligence, and remembering that your ultimate service is to Him. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23 When we work with that heart, God can give us the wisdom that is pure, peaceable, gentle, reasonable and full of mercy. James 3:17

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We lift up this dear one to You and ask that You would pour out Your wisdom liberally upon them. Grant clarity of mind, discernment to know what is right, and courage to walk in integrity even when the pathway is difficult. Guard their steps and lead them safely through every challenge at their workplace. Give them favor, peace, and a testimony of Your grace in how they speak and act, so that their work may glorify You. Help them to rest in Your promise to direct their paths as they trust in You. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for wisdom to navigate difficult pathways at the workplace is heard, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord.
It is a wise prayer, for wisdom is the compass by which a man is to steer across the trackless waste of life. Without it we are as the wild ass's colt, running here and there and wasting strength which might be profitably employed. With it we are enabled to accomplish the end of our being and to find our way safely. The price of such wisdom is above rubies, and it cannot be valued with pure gold, yet God has not hidden it from those who seek Him.
Scripture gives you a sure promise for this very need, If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, and it shall be given him. You lack wisdom because you are in worry and turmoil, much troubled up and down in your thoughts, but if you cry unto Him out of the depths He will be pleased to instruct you and bring you out into a safe way. Do not look to your own strength or understanding to find the way to go, for that is the opposite of wisdom. Look to Christ, for He is the wisdom of God. He planned the way of salvation and He laid the foundations of all true wisdom, and in Him are hid all treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
We pray for you that the Lord will give you that wisdom which comes from above. May He make your lips to overflow with knowledge and give you a tongue that drops words of wisdom, that you may speak and act with patience and prudence before others. May He show you the path of the truly wise, keep your feet from snares, and give you patience as your faith is tried, so that you may count it joy and walk in peace before Him. May you wait on God and hear Him before you speak to your fellow men, and may Christ Himself be your counsel and your guide in every difficult place.
