Pray for what the foreigner took from us to be returned to us

We understand the deep sense of loss and injustice you are feeling, and we join you in bringing this burden before the Lord, who is just and sovereign over all the earth. The Scriptures remind us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He sees the oppression of His people and calls us to trust in Him, for vengeance belongs to the Lord (Deuteronomy 32:35, Romans 12:19). While we pray for restoration, we must also examine our hearts to ensure our focus remains on God’s will and His righteousness, rather than bitterness or resentment toward others.

The Bible teaches us to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, trusting that He will provide for our needs (Matthew 6:33). When foreigners or any people act unjustly, we are called to respond with prayer, wisdom, and a heart that seeks justice in a way that honors God. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). We must pray for those in authority, that God would turn their hearts toward justice and fairness (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

At the same time, we are commanded to love our neighbors—even our enemies—and to do good to those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean we ignore injustice, but we address it with a heart that reflects Christ’s love and a reliance on God’s justice. If you are facing personal hardship due to lost jobs or unfair treatment, we encourage you to trust in the Lord’s provision. He is the one who opens doors no one can shut (Revelation 3:8) and who promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

We also notice that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Scriptures are clear: there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is through Jesus alone that we can approach God’s throne with confidence (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). If you do not know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him in repentance and faith. Believe in Him, for He died for your sins and rose again, conquering death so that you might have eternal life (John 3:16, Romans 10:9). Without faith in Christ, our prayers cannot reach the Father, for Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this cry for justice and restoration. Lord, You see the struggles and the injustices faced by Your people. You know the pain of lost livelihoods and the frustration of unfair treatment. We ask You, Father, to intervene in this situation and to turn the hearts of those in authority toward righteousness and fairness. Restore what has been taken unjustly, Lord, and provide for those who are suffering. Open doors of opportunity where there have been closures, and let Your justice prevail in this land.

We also pray for hearts to be guarded against bitterness or hatred. Fill us with Your love, Lord, even for those who may have wronged us. Help us to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to trust in Your perfect timing and justice. Strengthen those who are struggling, and remind them that their hope is in You alone.

For anyone reading this who does not know Jesus, we pray that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and let them see their need for a Savior. May they repent of their sins and place their faith in Jesus Christ, who alone can save and restore.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Trust that He hears you and that He will act according to His perfect will. Keep your heart open to His leading, and remember that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9). If you are struggling with anger or resentment, bring those feelings to God and ask Him to replace them with His peace. He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when something that's rightfully ours is taken away, especially by someone who doesn't respect the rules. But remember, God sees it all. He's the great defender of the oppressed, and He promises to make things right in His perfect timing.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come to You today, feeling wronged and frustrated. But we trust in Your goodness and justice. We ask You to intervene in this situation, to touch the hearts of those in authority, and to restore what was taken from us. Help us to keep our hearts pure and our minds focused on You, not on bitterness or resentment. Give us the strength to endure this trial and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for our good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
