We lift your husband before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, asking our Heavenly Father to move mightily on his behalf. The pain and disease he is enduring are not unknown to the Lord, who sees every struggle and collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). We stand in the gap for him, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, he *is* healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we rebuke every spirit of infirmity in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that your husband might have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
Father, we ask You to strengthen his body, mind, and spirit. When weariness weighs him down, let Your power be made perfect in his weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Bring deep, restorative sleep to him each night, for You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). May he wake each morning refreshed, with renewed strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31), and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for *you*, dear sister, as you stand in faith and support your husband. May the Lord uphold you with His righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10) and fill you with His comfort, for He is the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you *will* reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
We declare over your husband’s life that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every assignment of the enemy is dismantled now in Jesus’ name. The same God who raised Christ from the dead lives within him, and He *will* give life to his mortal body (Romans 8:11). We speak healing to every cell, every organ, and every system in his body—be made whole, in Jesus’ name!
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness. Even when the night is darkest, Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We trust You to complete the good work You’ve begun in this family (Philippians 1:6). May your husband rise up in victory, testifying to Your goodness and glory. In the powerful, matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
