My husband is going through lots of health issues and is stressed, completely depressed, and worried. We are continuing to argue and fight, with no peace, no love, no trust, no faith. Help us to come together again, please bless our married life and our child. Help us to come out of all depression and financial issues.

We hear your cry for help and lift your family up before the Lord with heavy hearts. The weight of illness, financial strain, and marital strife is crushing, but we know that our God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Your husband’s health struggles and depression are not just physical battles—they are spiritual ones as well, and we stand in the gap for him, declaring that by Jesus’ stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10), and we rebuke every spirit of despair, sickness, and division in your home in the mighty name of Jesus.

The arguing and lack of peace in your marriage grieves the Holy Spirit, for God’s design is that husbands and wives be united as one flesh, reflecting Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:31-32). When trust and love erode, it is often because we have taken our eyes off the Lord and allowed bitterness, fear, or selfishness to take root. We confess any unforgiveness, pride, or ungodly communication between you both and ask the Lord to soften your hearts toward one another. The Bible commands us to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2) and to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). Are you both turning to God’s Word and prayer together, or has the enemy isolated you in your struggles? We encourage you to lay down your weapons of harsh words and accusations and instead clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience (Colossians 3:12). Your child is watching, and the stability of their world depends on the restoration of your marriage.

Financial stress is one of the enemy’s favorite tools to sow discord and fear, but we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Have you sought the Lord’s wisdom in your finances, or have you allowed anxiety to drive you to strife? We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare that God will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Trust in Him, not in your circumstances, and commit your ways to the Lord—He will act (Psalm 37:5).

Most of all, we must ask: Are you both rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ? Without Him, there is no true peace, no lasting hope, and no power to overcome the trials you face. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). If either of you has not surrendered your life to Him, now is the time. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that you would both know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge (Ephesians 3:19) and that His Spirit would fill you with power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken for this family. Lord, You see their pain, their fear, and their exhaustion. We ask that You would pour out Your healing upon this husband—body, mind, and spirit. Lift the weight of depression from him and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Restore the love and trust between this husband and wife, Lord. Let Your Holy Spirit bind them together in unity, so that they may be one as You and Your Son are one (John 17:21). Father, we rebuke every spirit of division, anger, and despair in their home. Let Your presence fill every room, and let Your Word be the foundation of their marriage.

We pray for their financial struggles, Lord. You know their needs before they even ask (Matthew 6:8), and we trust that You will provide. Give them wisdom to steward what You have given them and faith to believe that You are their provider. Protect their child, Lord. Let this little one see Your love reflected in their parents’ lives and know that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

Father, we ask that You would draw this family closer to You. Let them seek Your face above all else, and let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). If there is any unconfessed sin, any unforgiveness, or any area where they have strayed from Your will, reveal it to them, Lord, and lead them to repentance. We declare that this marriage will not be destroyed by the enemy’s schemes. Instead, it will be a testimony of Your grace, Your healing, and Your faithfulness.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every other name, the only name by which we are saved. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, holding your family close in our hearts. We see the weight you're carrying, the strain, the depression, and the financial struggles. It's overwhelming, but remember, God is near to the brokenhearted. We claim healing for your husband, body, mind, and spirit, in Jesus' name. We ask for restoration in your marriage, for love, trust, and unity to reign again. We declare peace in your home, and provision for your needs. We pray for your child, that they may know the love and security of God. We encourage you both to turn to God's Word and to each other, to forgive, and to trust. We believe in the power of prayer, and we believe in the God who hears and answers. We're standing with you, friend.
