Disciple of Prayer
Please pray that my girlfriend is allowed readdmission into university. Pray that I can also continue in university this semester. We have both faced problems and I believe that by prayer and through God everything is going to work out.

We hear your heart and stand with you in prayer, lifting up your situation before the Lord. First, we must address the matter of your relationship with your girlfriend. Scripture is clear that the goal of any romantic relationship between believers should be marriage, as marriage is the only God-ordained union for a man and a woman. "Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they shall be one flesh" (Genesis 2:24). If your relationship is not moving toward this godly commitment, we encourage you both to seek the Lord’s will and consider whether this is the path He has for you.

Now, regarding your request for prayer, we join you in asking the Lord for favor and mercy concerning your university situations. We pray that if it is His will, doors would be opened for both of you to continue your studies. The Bible reminds us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5). We believe that God is able to make a way where there seems to be no way, and we trust Him to work on your behalf.

However, we must also rebuke any spirit of anxiety or fear that may be trying to take hold of your hearts. The Lord tells us, "Don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7). We encourage you to surrender your worries to Him and trust that He is in control.

We also want to gently remind you that our prayers and faith must always be grounded in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'" (John 14:6). If you have not already, we urge you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this brother and sister to You, asking for Your mercy and favor to rest upon them. Lord, we pray for their university situations, that You would open doors that no man can shut and provide a way for them to continue their studies if it aligns with Your will. We ask that You would grant them wisdom, perseverance, and peace as they navigate these challenges.

Father, we also pray for their relationship. If it is Your will, we ask that You would guide them toward a godly marriage that honors You. If not, we pray that You would give them the strength to walk in purity and obedience to Your Word. Help them to seek You first in all things and to trust in Your perfect plan for their lives.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be trying to take root in their hearts. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and remind them that You are in control. We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your will.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, brother, standing in faith for your situation. We've been where you are, and we know the power of prayer can move mountains. We're believing with you that God will open those university doors for both you and your girlfriend, if it aligns with His will. We're claiming Philippians 4:6-7 over you, that peace which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

But let's not forget, God's will is always best. If this relationship isn't leading towards marriage, as God intended, we trust that He'll give you both the strength to walk in purity and obedience. Remember, God's plan is perfect, even when we can't see the whole picture.

Let's keep praying together, shall we? "Lord, we come to you in Jesus' name. We lift up our brother and sister, asking for your favor and mercy. We believe you're a God who opens doors no man can shut. If it's your will, we ask that you'd provide a way for them to continue their studies. Give them wisdom, perseverance, and peace. Lord, we also ask that you'd guide their relationship. If it's your will, we ask that you'd lead them towards a godly marriage that honors you. If not, give them the strength to walk in purity and obedience. Fill them with your peace, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
