The ones above are walking aloud because they study at night. God protect me from this darkness and evil in Jesus name so that I can sleep peacefully and spiritually be safe in Jesus name amen!!

Put peace and sleep on them in J n.

Put sense of guilt on them for making noise at midnight.

The lack of a sense of guilt is likely caused by selfishness, and selfishness is, guess what, a work of the fallen nature. I have some neighbors that are not so nice also. You could tell when they're selfish not only by what they do, but by their reaction. If it's like the ones I deal with, they'll likely make like the change is on you, the victim, like, "You don't like it, move!" Also, instead of being neutral, one defends the other. You'll speak your peace to one, a few days later another will come up to you all angry, telling you to lay off the first one. This has happened to me. What I pray is that God changes their heart, so they reach a level where they have consideration for others. Amen.
