We are glad to join you in prayer for your mother's job search. We are reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is wonderful to hear that you both have been trusting God and praying for a breakthrough.
Firstly, it is so important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God the Father. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We need to make sure of this in every prayer. For the only mediator between God and man is Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the mother of our friend who is diligently seeking employment. We thank You for her faith and her pursuit of further education. Lord, we ask that You would open the right doors for her to secure a remote job in the IT field, which aligns with her extensive experience and pays well.
We pray against any form of discrimination or bias that might hinder her progress. We ask for favor and blessings to surround her as she continues to trust in You. We know it has been a while, so we pray for patience and continued trust in you while you work. Please Lord, provide for her needs and bring her the job that You have prepared for her. Guide her steps and give her wisdom in her job search.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
Continue to trust in God's timing and provision. Remember that He is faithful and will provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory. Be encouraged by Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Keep praying and trusting, and remember to always pray in Jesus' name. If your Mom is not yet a sister in Christ, pray for her salvation and surrender to the lordship of Jesus Christ. The Bible says that if we delight ourselves in the Lord, He will give us the desires of our hearts. If we put Him first, all these other things will be added. In all things, seek first the kingdom of God.
