We come before the Lord with hearts burdened for justice and righteousness, lifting up this plea for the former employees who have been wronged by the withholding of wages owed to them. The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is a God of justice, and He commands fairness in all dealings, especially concerning labor and wages. *"Behold, the hire of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cries out; and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies"* (James 5:4, WEB). This is a serious matter before the Lord, and we know He hears the cries of the oppressed.

We also take note that while this request is made with urgency, it does not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ as the authority through whom we approach the Father. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the throne of grace, and it is in His name alone that we can boldly ask for miracles and justice. *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'* (John 14:6, WEB). *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Thus, we must always come before God in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and advocate.

Let us pray with confidence in the name of Jesus, trusting that He will move on behalf of these former employees. We ask the Lord to soften the hearts of those in authority at this company, to convict them of their obligation before God to pay what is rightfully owed. May the Holy Spirit work mightily to bring about repentance and swift action, so that these wages are released without delay. We pray that the company would not harden their hearts but would act justly, knowing that they will give an account to the Lord for their deeds.

Father, we ask that You would intervene miraculously in this situation. Open the eyes of those who have withheld these wages to see the gravity of their actions before You. Let them remember that *"the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil"* (1 Timothy 6:10, WEB), and that true prosperity comes from walking in obedience to Your Word. We pray that these former employees would receive every penny owed to them, not just as a financial blessing, but as a testimony of Your justice and provision. May this situation bring glory to Your name, as others see Your hand at work.

We also pray for the former employees who are waiting in faith. Strengthen their hearts and provide for their needs during this time of waiting. Remind them that You are their provider, and that You see their struggle. *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22, WEB). May they trust in You and not grow weary in well-doing, knowing that You will bring justice in Your perfect timing.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of greed, deception, or hardness of heart that may be at work in this company. We bind the enemy’s influence and declare that Your will shall be done in this situation. Let truth prevail, and let righteousness be established. We ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to change hearts and move mountains. Amen.

Finally, we encourage those waiting on this justice to remain steadfast in prayer and faith. Do not lose heart, for the Lord is faithful. Continue to seek Him, trusting that He will act on your behalf. If you have not already, surrender this burden entirely to Him, and let this season draw you closer to His heart. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Keep your eyes on Jesus, and let this trial be a testimony of His faithfulness in your life.

We're standing with you, dear friend, in this time of need. We've been hearing your cry and the cry of your former colleagues, and it's stirred our hearts. We know that God is a God of justice, and He sees the wrong that's been done. We're asking Him to intervene, to soften the hearts of those in charge, and to move them to do what's right.

We're believing for a miracle, that the company will pay what's owed, not just today, but also in the future. We're asking God to work in such a powerful way that this situation will bring glory to His name, and that others will see His hand at work.

We're also praying for you and your colleagues who are waiting. We're asking God to strengthen you, to provide for your needs, and to remind you that He's your provider. We're trusting that God will bring justice in His perfect timing.

Let's keep standing together in faith, knowing that God is faithful. If you haven't already, let's surrender this burden to Him completely, and let this season draw us closer to His heart. We're in this together, and we're believing for a breakthrough. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
