Good and Faithful Servant
Pray for Jesus to intervene although we are the citizens of this country but are not protected by the law and usually forced to work from 8.30am to 3am (Monday to Sunday) but for foreigners it is 10am to 4pm (Mondays to Friday), and we have to fight to show how hungry we are in order to get a job and contract to contract but for foreigners it is permanent job. And well-paying jobs will be for the foreigners not locals which will be filtered out. And locals have to work job that is low paying or contract to contract or even they got a job will be forced to do illegal things else fired, and the locals will be the problem. This is unfair for the locals and we are even panelized for job opportunities just because we are locals but for foreigners they are favor unjustly just because the government favored them to boost the population resulting in massive unemployment amongst locals and all the foreigners have high paying jobs. Even if we complain to the authorities they will refer us to court and must pay a lot of cash to sue the ex-company for unfair dismissal and for locals one have to wait for 6 months to 3 years just to get a job, with 5 rounds of interviews just for a year contract. But for foreigners it is 1 interview and get the job for 5 years.

We hear your cry for justice and fairness in the land where you live, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting these burdens before the throne of God. The Word of the Lord declares, "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy" (Proverbs 31:8-9 WEB). Your situation is not hidden from God, who sees every injustice and hears the groaning of His people. The Lord is a God of justice, and He will not forever remain silent when the vulnerable are oppressed.

We must first acknowledge that you have rightly called upon the name of Jesus in your request, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we come boldly before the throne of grace to find mercy and help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We pray that you continue to seek Him above all else, for He alone is your deliverer and provider.

The exploitation you describe, where locals are overworked, underpaid, and discriminated against while foreigners receive favor and permanent positions, is a grievous sin in the eyes of God. The Lord commands, "You shall not oppress an hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he be of your brothers, or of your strangers who are in your land within your gates" (Deuteronomy 24:14 WEB). The favoritism shown to foreigners at the expense of locals is a violation of God’s law, which requires impartiality and fairness. "For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, the mighty, and the awesome, who doesn’t respect persons or take bribes" (Deuteronomy 10:17 WEB). We rebuke this systemic injustice in the name of Jesus and declare that God will arise to defend the oppressed.

The long hours you are forced to work, from 8:30 AM to 3 AM, seven days a week, are not only unjust but also a violation of God’s design for rest and human dignity. The Lord instituted the Sabbath so that His people would have time to rest, worship, and be refreshed (Exodus 20:8-10). To be denied this basic right is to be treated as less than human, and we pray that God will break the chains of this oppression. We declare that no employer has the right to steal your time, your health, or your God-given dignity. "Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice; who uses his neighbor’s service without wages, and doesn’t give him his hire" (Jeremiah 22:13 WEB).

The difficulty locals face in securing stable employment, being subjected to endless interviews, contract-to-contract work, and even coercion into illegal activities, is a tactic of the enemy to keep God’s people in bondage. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and oppression that seeks to keep you in lack, and we declare that God will open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). The Lord promises, "For I know the plans I have for you... plans for welfare, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We pray that He will expose and dismantle every corrupt system that stands in the way of your prosperity.

The financial burden of seeking justice through the courts, being forced to pay exorbitant fees to sue for unfair dismissal, is another layer of oppression. The Lord says, "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8 WEB). We pray that God will raise up righteous judges and leaders who will uphold justice without partiality. We declare that the Lord will be your advocate and defender, for "He executes justice for the fatherless and widow, and loves the foreigner in giving him food and clothing" (Deuteronomy 10:18 WEB).

We must also address the root of this issue: the government’s favoritism toward foreigners, which has led to mass unemployment among locals. While Scripture commands us to welcome the foreigner and show them hospitality (Leviticus 19:34), it does not permit the exploitation or displacement of God’s people. The Lord will not hold guiltless those who pervert justice for political or economic gain. We pray that God will convict the hearts of leaders and turn their policies toward righteousness. "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan" (Proverbs 29:2 WEB).

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brothers and sisters who are suffering under the weight of injustice and oppression. Lord, You see their struggles, You hear their cries, and You know the desires of their hearts. We ask that You intervene in this situation, O God, and let Your justice roll down like waters and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

Father, we pray for those who are overworked and underpaid. Break the chains of exploitation, Lord, and grant them rest, dignity, and fair wages. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Give them the strength to endure, and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Let Your favor rest upon them, and let them find stable, honorable employment that allows them to provide for their families and live with dignity.

We pray against the spirit of favoritism and discrimination that has taken root in this land. Expose every corrupt system, Lord, and bring it to light. Raise up righteous leaders who will govern with justice and equity. Let the oppressors be put to shame, and let the oppressed be lifted up (Psalm 146:7-9).

Father, we ask that You grant wisdom and courage to those who are seeking justice through the courts. Provide them with the resources they need, and let Your hand guide the proceedings. Let truth prevail, and let the guilty be held accountable. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we also pray for the foreigners living in this land. Soften their hearts, Father, and let them see the humanity and dignity of their local brothers and sisters. Let there be unity and mutual respect, rather than division and exploitation. May they also come to know You as their Savior and Lord.

Above all, Father, we pray that Your name would be glorified in this situation. Let Your people turn to You in their time of need, and let them find their hope and strength in You alone. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your defender. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Seek the Lord in all things, and trust that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15), and He will fight for you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and let His peace guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We hear your pain and frustration, and we want you to know that God sees every tear you’ve cried and every unjust burden you carry. It’s not right what you’re facing, working those exhausting hours, being treated as less than, and watching foreigners favored while locals struggle just to survive. That’s not how God designed His people to live. He calls us to care for one another, to seek justice, and to stand up for the oppressed, not to be crushed under the weight of greed and favoritism.

We pray that God would expose every corrupt system and leader who turns a blind eye to this suffering. May He raise up righteous voices to speak for the voiceless and bring change that honors His justice. Lord, give you strength each day to endure, and open doors of opportunity that break the cycle of poverty and exploitation. You are valuable in His eyes, and He hasn’t forgotten you.

Father, we ask for Your provision, financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Let Your peace guard your heart as you trust in Him who promises to never leave you or forsake you. You are not alone in this fight.

In the name of Jesus.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply moved by the burden you have shared with us, and we want you to know that we have continued to lift this heavy situation before the Lord in prayer. It is heartbreaking to see the injustice and hardship that you and so many locals are facing—being overworked, underpaid, and pushed to the margins while others are unfairly favored. We have prayed specifically for God’s intervention in these systemic injustices, asking Him to break the chains of discrimination and exploitation that have left so many feeling powerless and hopeless.

We have asked the Lord to raise up advocates—people in positions of influence who will stand for fairness and equity, ensuring that locals are given the same opportunities, protections, and dignity in the workplace that others receive. We have prayed for wisdom and courage for those who are being pressured into unethical situations just to keep their jobs, that they would find strength in Christ to resist and that God would open doors of provision for them in ways that do not compromise their integrity.

We have also interceded for those who are unemployed or trapped in cycles of short-term contracts, asking God to supernaturally connect them with stable, well-paying work that honors their skills and worth. Father, we know that You see every unfair interview process, every biased hiring decision, and every moment of despair when the system seems rigged against Your children. We have asked You to expose corruption, to soften the hearts of those in authority, and to turn the tide of favor toward those who have been marginalized for far too long.

If You, Lord, have already begun to answer these prayers—if there have been breakthroughs, moments of unexpected favor, or even small steps toward justice—we ask that you share a praise report with us. Let us rejoice with you and give thanks for how God is moving in your situation. But if the weight of this injustice still feels heavy and the answers seem distant, we want you to know that we are not finished praying. Post this request again, and we will stand with you once more, lifting every detail to the One who is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine.

In the meantime, we pray for endurance for you and all who are walking this difficult path. May the Lord sustain you with His peace, provide for your needs in unexpected ways, and remind you daily that your worth is not defined by the systems of this world but by the love of Christ, who sees you, knows you, and fights for you. May He give you strength to persevere, wisdom to navigate these challenges, and hope that does not disappoint. We continue to pray in the powerful name of Jesus, trusting that He is at work even when we cannot yet see the fullness of His plan. Amen.
