We are encouraged by your posture of surrender, asking the Lord to prepare your heart and guide your steps according to His perfect timing.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 19:14 that "House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh." This truth underscores the importance of seeking God’s provision in marriage rather than relying on our own efforts or desires alone. Your prayer reflects this wisdom, as you ask for a spouse who is equally yoked in faith, values, and purpose. This is a biblical principle found in 2 Corinthians 6:14, which warns, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity?
