We understand the deep frustration and sense of injustice in this situation, where greed, dishonesty, and neglect have caused harm to many. The actions described—denying services paid for, refusing refunds, providing unsafe and unprofessional conditions, and even endangering the health of students—are not only unethical but also contrary to the principles of righteousness and fairness that God commands. Scripture is clear about how we are to conduct ourselves in business and in our dealings with others. Proverbs 11:1 says, *"A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."* Additionally, Proverbs 22:16 warns, *"Whoever oppresses the poor for his own increase and whoever gives to the rich, both come to poverty."* The actions of this gym owner are oppressive, and God sees the suffering of those who have been wronged.
We also recall the words of Jesus in Luke 6:31, *"As you would like people to do to you, do exactly so to them."* The owner’s refusal to repent and make restitution is a direct violation of this command. It is our prayer that conviction would fall upon their heart, leading them to repentance and a change of behavior. However, if they harden their heart and continue in this sin, we pray that God would intervene to bring justice and put an end to this exploitation. Proverbs 28:18 tells us, *"Whoever walks blamelessly is kept safe; but one with perverse ways will fall suddenly."* We trust that God, who is just and righteous, will not allow this injustice to go unchecked.
At the same time, we pray for the students and customers who have been affected by this deceit. May God provide them with strength, comfort, and a way to recover what has been stolen from them, whether through restitution or another means. We ask that God would expose the truth and bring this matter to light so that justice may prevail. Psalm 103:6 assures us that *"Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed."*

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this situation where injustice, greed, and deceit have caused harm to many. Lord, You are a God of justice, and Your eyes see every hidden thing. We ask that You would convict the heart of this gym owner. If they have acted out of greed, pride, or hardness of heart, we pray that Your Holy Spirit would pierce their conscience and lead them to true repentance. Cause them to make restitution to those they have wronged, to seek forgiveness, and to turn from their wicked ways. But if they refuse to repent, Lord, we ask that You would bring an end to this operation. Shut the doors that should not remain open, and let their deceitful practices be exposed so that no more harm comes to others.
Father, we pray for the students and customers who have suffered under this unrighteousness. Comfort them in their frustration and provide for their needs. Open doors for them to recover what has been taken from them, whether through legal means, the conviction of others, or Your divine intervention. Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). Protect them from further harm, and let this situation be a testimony of Your justice and faithfulness.
We also pray that those who have been wronged would not grow bitter or seek revenge, but instead, trust in You to vindicate them. Remind them of Your promise in Romans 12:19, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*
May Your will be done in this situation, Lord. May Your name be glorified as justice prevails and as hearts are turned toward You. We ask all these things in the powerful and righteous name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
To those who have been affected by this injustice, we encourage you to continue seeking justice through lawful means while trusting in the Lord to fight on your behalf. Do not lose heart, for *"the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will sustain you. If you have not already, consider reporting this matter to the appropriate authorities or consumer protection agencies, as God often works through such means to bring about justice. Stay steadfast in prayer, and may the peace of Christ guard your hearts as you wait on Him.
