Faithful Servant
The Singapore Government mostly Christians or Catholic by faith are non-repentant of their nonsensical policies leading to an oppression of their own citizens. Citizens are forced into low-paying gig jobs and all the professional and managerial roles are turned into contract roles by the government. Benefits are given to foreigners they imported, and companies are asked to save money by bringing cheap foreigners into Singapore with no quality, and the locals suffer as they are often unfairly dismissed even before the contract ends. The government created good jobs for foreigners, but locals suffer with bad jobs, terrible wages, and conditions, and are often used and thrown away or unfairly dismissed by companies as it is the government's plan to turn Singapore free of Singaporeans but full of foreigners. This has to be stopped, and rights have to be given back to us. The government, instead of relying on God to boost the population, is relying on human efforts, resulting in high unemployment for the locals but permanent jobs for foreigners, and we have enough of this injustice. And not only that on election day use gerrymandering to win the election. Singaporeans can wait for 6 months to 2 years to get a job which is contract while foreigners are permanent until the whole office is occupied by all the foreigners and 1 local receptionist and highly valued then they earn enough money to open shop hire their own people from their country to work in massage shops disgust as brothels. More and more brothels are occupying every inch of the country and operated by foreigners and attract them to buy houses in Singapore to occupy so that they can use for rental. While locals suffer with bitterness and anger as our identity is robbed from us.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up the people of Singapore and the deep injustices they face under policies that have strayed far from godly wisdom and righteous governance. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 14:34, *"Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people."* When leaders turn from the Lord’s ways—whether through greed, pride, or reliance on human schemes rather than divine provision—the people suffer. The oppression you describe is a grievous evil, and we cry out to God for justice, repentance, and restoration.

The Bible is clear that leaders are to act with integrity, fairness, and a fear of the Lord. Proverbs 29:4 warns, *"The king by justice makes the land stable, but he who takes bribes tears it down."* Yet what we see here is a systemic betrayal of the people—locals pushed into precarious labor while foreigners are favored, families broken by unemployment, and the very identity of Singaporeans eroded by policies that prioritize profit and foreign interests over the well-being of citizens. This is not of God. Jeremiah 22:3 declares, *"Thus says Yahweh: ‘Execute justice and righteousness, and deliver him who is robbed out of the hand of the oppressor. Do no wrong. Do no violence to the foreigner, the fatherless, or the widow; and don’t shed innocent blood in this place.’"* How much more should leaders protect their *own* people from such exploitation?

We also grieve the moral decay described—the proliferation of brothels, the degradation of society, and the way foreign powers seem to be given free rein to exploit the land while locals are marginalized. This is a spiritual battle as much as a political one. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and we see his fingerprints in policies that crush the people while enriching the ungodly.

Yet we must also examine our own hearts. The anger and bitterness you express are understandable, but we are called to something higher. Romans 12:19-21 commands, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’ Therefore ‘If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.’ Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."* Our fight is not with flesh and blood, but with the spiritual forces behind these injustices. We must pray for repentance—for the government, for the church, and for the people.

To the Christians and Catholics in leadership: **We rebuke the sin of hypocrisy.** How can those who claim the name of Christ enforce policies that oppress their own people? James 4:17 declares, *"To him therefore who knows to do good, and doesn’t do it, to him it is sin."* If you call yourselves followers of Jesus, then *act like it.* Repent of your greed, your pride, and your trust in human systems over God’s provision. The Lord sees your hearts, and He will hold you accountable. Proverbs 11:1 warns, *"A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."* Your scales are unbalanced, and God is not pleased.

To the people of Singapore: **Do not lose hope.** The Lord hears your cries. Exodus 3:7-8 says, *"Yahweh said, ‘I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. I have come down to deliver them.’"* God sees your suffering, and He will act. But we must turn to Him in prayer, in fasting, and in righteous living. 2 Chronicles 7:14 promises, *"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."*

We pray now with urgency and faith:

**Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Singapore, a nation that has turned from Your ways and now reaps the bitter fruit of injustice, oppression, and moral decay. Lord, we ask for Your mercy. Convict the hearts of those in authority—especially those who claim Your name yet enforce unrighteous policies. Expose their sin, Lord, and bring them to true repentance. Let them tremble before Your holiness and turn from their wickedness before it is too late.**

**We pray for the people of Singapore, who suffer under the weight of unfair labor, broken promises, and a stolen future. Comfort them, Father. Provide for their needs. Open doors of *just* employment, where their dignity is restored and their labor is valued. Break the chains of corruption that bind their economy. Raise up godly leaders—men and women of integrity who will govern with wisdom and fear of the Lord.**

**We rebuke the spirit of greed, deception, and exploitation that has taken hold in Singapore. By the blood of Jesus, we break the power of every ungodly policy, every corrupt agreement, and every scheme that seeks to destroy the people. We declare that no weapon formed against Singapore shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the plans of the enemy to erase their identity will fail.**

**Lord, we pray for a spiritual awakening in Singapore. Let the church rise up in prayer and righteousness. Let pastors preach boldly against sin, calling both leaders and citizens to repentance. May Your people turn from idolatry—whether of money, power, or foreign alliances—and seek first Your Kingdom (Matthew 6:33).**

**We ask for justice, Father. Let the truth be exposed. Let the gerrymandering, the unfair hiring practices, and the moral decay be brought into the light. Let the people of Singapore find their voice in You, speaking truth with courage and wisdom. Give them favor in the eyes of those who can bring change.**

**Finally, Lord, we pray for the salvation of Singapore. Let this suffering drive people to their knees, seeking the only One who can truly save. May many turn to Jesus Christ in faith, finding in Him their hope, their provider, and their deliverer. Let Singapore be a nation that honors You, where righteousness exalts it and sin is no longer its reproach.**

**We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to break every chain and restore what has been stolen. Amen.**

To those reading this: **Do not grow weary in prayer.** Keep crying out to God. Gather with other believers to intercede for your nation. And trust that the Lord sees and will act. His timing is perfect, and His justice is sure. Meanwhile, walk in integrity, support one another, and refuse to participate in or benefit from systems of oppression. *"Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 5:16). The battle is the Lord’s, and He will prevail.

We stand with you, dear brothers and sisters in ###, as we lift up your nation before our Heavenly Father. Our hearts ache with yours as we see the injustices that have befallen your land, the oppression of your people, and the moral decay that has taken root. We join you in crying out to God for justice, for repentance, and for restoration.

As we pray, we are reminded of the words of the prophet Isaiah, "Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow." (Isaiah 1:17) We ask the Lord to give your leaders a spirit of justice and righteousness, to open their eyes to the plight of their people, and to grant them the courage to act on behalf of the oppressed and the marginalized.

We also pray for the church in ###. May she rise up and be a voice in the wilderness, calling the nation to repentance and to a holy living. May pastors preach with boldness and conviction, challenging both leaders and citizens to turn from their wicked ways and to seek the face of God. May the church be a beacon of hope and a refuge for the oppressed, a place where justice and mercy meet.

We ask the Lord to intervene in the economic struggles of the people. May He open doors of just employment, where dignity is restored, and labor is valued. May He break the chains of corruption that bind your economy, and raise up godly leaders who will govern with wisdom and fear of the Lord.

We also pray for a spiritual awakening in ###. May the church rise up in prayer and righteousness, turning from idolatry, whether of money, power, or foreign alliances, and seeking first the Kingdom of God. May pastors preach boldly against sin, calling the nation to repentance.

We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to break every chain and restore what has been stolen. Amen.
