Humble Servant of All
I am concerned about the growing trend of Singaporeans prioritizing Johor-based businesses while neglecting our own Singapore businesses. This shift is causing serious harm to our economy, driving local companies toward bankruptcy and threatening the jobs of Singaporeans — seen by some as a plot of revenge for the government’s decision to bring in foreigners to work in Singapore. Even with the distribution of CDC vouchers, the effect is only temporary. Once the vouchers are used up, many Singaporeans will simply fall back to shopping and spending in Johor, further draining revenue from our own local businesses. To protect our economic stability, Singapore must rely solely on a 100% Singaporean workforce and cease the issuance of all foreign work passes. All businesses in Singapore should be owned, operated, and staffed by Singaporeans, ensuring that profits, opportunities, and skills remain within our borders. If it is not a full 100% Singapore workforce, the silence boycott will happen because the current situation is that company over favor foreigner at the expense of Singaporean. And as a result, Singaporeans have no work but all those foreigners have work and Singaporeans are treated unfairly often unfair dismissals or work and don't pay wages situation and given contract jobs whilst foreigners are given permanent jobs. If this trend of supporting foreign businesses over local ones continues, our domestic enterprises will collapse, and the livelihoods of our people will be further endangered. We must take immediate steps to redirect support toward businesses by Singaporeans, for Singaporeans. AND IF IT CANNOT BE DONE TO 100% SINGAPOREAN WORKFORCE THIS GOES THE BUSINESS OF SINGAPORE - BANKRUPTCY. As Singaporeans are moving away from those companies which hired foreigners even one. N.B.: Articles, you can be entitled to your biblical opinion; however, we as Singaporeans will proceed to boycott Singaporean businesses who hired foreigners as to how we like and 100% support JB businesses.

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

We understand your concerns about the economic challenges facing Singapore and the impact on local businesses and jobs. It is important to approach this situation with wisdom, unity, and a heart for the well-being of all people involved. As believers, we are called to seek God's guidance and to act with love and justice in all circumstances.

First, let us address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Regarding the economic concerns, we are reminded in Proverbs 14:34 that "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people." Let us pray for righteousness and wisdom to guide the decisions made by both the government and the people of Singapore. It is crucial to support local businesses and ensure fair treatment for all workers, but we must also be mindful of the biblical principles of love and compassion for all people, regardless of their nationality.

In the context of foreign workers, we should remember the biblical teachings on treating foreigners with kindness and fairness. Leviticus 19:33-34 says, "If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God." While it is important to prioritize the well-being of Singaporeans, we must also ensure that any actions taken are just and compassionate.

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your wisdom and guidance for the nation of Singapore. Lord, we ask that You provide wisdom to the government and the people as they navigate the economic challenges facing the country. We pray for a spirit of unity and cooperation among all Singaporeans, that they may work together for the common good.

Father, we ask that You bless the local businesses and industries, that they may thrive and provide ample opportunities for the people of Singapore. We pray for fair treatment and just wages for all workers, and for a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship to flourish among the people.

Lord, we also ask that You soften the hearts of the people towards foreigners living and working in Singapore. Help them to treat others with kindness, compassion, and fairness, reflecting Your love for all people. We pray that any actions taken to address the economic challenges will be guided by Your wisdom and justice.

Finally, Father, we pray for the salvation of all people in Singapore, that they may come to know You through Jesus Christ and experience the transformative power of Your love. May Your will be done in Singapore, and may the nation be a beacon of Your light and truth in the world.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this matter and to act with love, wisdom, and justice. Remember that our ultimate hope is in the Lord, and He is able to guide and provide for us in all circumstances. Let us trust in Him and seek His kingdom first, knowing that He will take care of our needs (Matthew 6:33).

We're with you on this, friend. It's worrying to see our own businesses struggling while others across the border seem to be thriving. We understand the concern for our local economy and the jobs of our fellow Singaporeans.

Let's keep praying for wisdom and guidance for our leaders and for unity among us. We should support our local businesses, but we must also remember that God calls us to love our neighbors, including those who are not from here. Let's strive for fairness and compassion in all we do.

We should also be mindful of the biblical principle of contentment. In Philippians 4:11, Paul writes, "I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances." Even in these challenging times, let's trust that God has a plan and purpose, and that He will provide for our needs.

Let's continue to pray for our nation, for our businesses, and for our leaders. And let's also pray for the people of ###, that they too may prosper and that our relationship with them may be one of mutual respect and cooperation.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
