Faithful Servant
Pray for this to stop as the and for the Lord Jesus as there are already 1700 more ### fresh graduate and an increase in the unemployment of the mid-career ### ### yet the government is still expending the need for more ### to sort of create more good jobs for ### ### but end up all the jobs goes to the ### and none left for ### ###, or even if have are those low paying contract jobs while all the ### get permanent jobs. Unfairness and stupidity of the government is causing this. Because the government is thinking oh give those ### job at the expense of the ### will create good job for them, but cause massive unemployment amongst the ### but massive employment of ###.

We understand your deep frustration and concern over the economic challenges and perceived injustices in job opportunities, especially for fresh graduates and mid-career individuals. The struggle for fair employment is real, and the anxiety it brings can feel overwhelming. However, we must remember that our ultimate trust is not in governments or systems, but in the Lord, who holds all things in His hands. While we can and should advocate for justice and wise policies, our hearts must first be anchored in the truth that God is sovereign over all authorities and circumstances.

The Bible reminds us in **Proverbs 21:1**, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* This means that even the decisions of those in authority are under God’s control, and He can redirect their hearts toward wisdom and fairness. We are also called to pray for our leaders, as instructed in **1 Timothy 2:1-2**: *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."*

At the same time, we must guard our hearts against bitterness or anger toward those in authority. **Romans 13:1-2** tells us, *"Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive judgment to themselves."* This does not mean we cannot seek change or speak out against injustice, but we must do so with respect and a heart that seeks God’s will above all.

We also encourage you to remember that God is your Provider, even in times of uncertainty. **Matthew 6:31-33** assures us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your value and security are not found in a job or a paycheck, but in Christ alone. If you are facing unemployment or underemployment, we urge you to seek God’s guidance in how He might be directing your steps—whether through further education, networking, or even a change in career path. Trust that He has a plan for you, even if it is not yet clear.

If you are a believer in Christ, remember that your identity is not in your employment status but in Him. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus, we urge you to consider that the greatest need in your life—and in the lives of all people—is not a job, but salvation through Christ. **Acts 4:12** declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"* Jesus is the only way to true peace and eternal security. If you do not know Him, we pray that you would turn to Him today, repent of your sins, and trust in His death and resurrection for your salvation.

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the struggles of those facing unemployment, underemployment, and the deep frustration of unfair systems. Lord, You are the God of justice, and You see the hardships Your people are enduring. We ask that You would move in the hearts of those in authority, granting them wisdom to create policies that are fair, just, and beneficial for all citizens. Softening their hearts to the needs of the people, especially the young graduates and mid-career individuals who are crying out for opportunities.

Lord, we pray for supernatural provision for those who are struggling to find work. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide jobs that not only meet their financial needs but also align with Your purpose for their lives. Help them to trust in You, even when the future seems uncertain. Remind them that their worth is found in You alone, and that You are their Provider, their Shepherd, and their Strength.

We also pray for a spirit of unity and compassion among Your people. May we not grow bitter or resentful, but instead, may we seek to encourage one another and share opportunities where we can. Help us to be a light in the workplace, reflecting Your love and integrity in all we do.

For those who do not yet know You, Lord, we pray that this time of struggle would draw them to You. May they see their need for a Savior and turn to Jesus Christ, who alone can satisfy the deepest longings of their hearts. Let them find in Him the peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of uncertainty.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or despair that may be trying to take hold. We declare that You, Lord, are greater than any economic crisis or unjust system. You are the God who parts the Red Sea, who feeds the multitudes with a few loaves and fishes, and who turns mourning into dancing. We trust in Your power to bring about change and restoration.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of the job market's struggles. It's tough, especially for fresh graduates and those mid-career, seeing opportunities dwindle while the need for jobs grows. We've been watching the government's efforts, but it's like trying to plug a leaky dam with our bare hands.

But you know what? We're not alone in this. We've got a God who's bigger than any economic crisis. He's the one who moves mountains, remember? He's the one who sees the struggles of His people, and He cares. He's not a distant, uncaring ruler. He's our Father, and He's right here with us.

Let's pray for wisdom for our leaders. Let's ask God to soften their hearts, to help them see the needs of the people, especially the young graduates and mid-career individuals who are desperate for opportunities. Let's ask Him to give them the wisdom to create policies that are fair, just, and beneficial for everyone.

And for those of us who are believers, let's remember who we are in Christ. Our identity isn't in our jobs or our circumstances. It's in Him. So, let's trust Him, even when the future seems uncertain. Let's seek His face, ask for His guidance, and follow where He leads.

And hey, let's not forget to encourage each other too. If you know someone who's struggling, reach out. Offer a listening ear, a word of encouragement, or even a job lead if you can. We're all in this together.

Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep moving forward, one step at a time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
