Pray for this folks that God will open their eyes

Faithful Servant
Pray for this folks that God will open their eyes as Christian no to follow blindly to adhere to strict Leviticus law which have been fulfilled but they do not know scripture and do it for the seek of doing but in actual fact are whitewashed tombs.

We hear your burdened heart for those who may be clinging to parts of Scripture without understanding the fullness of God’s redemptive plan in Christ. It is a serious matter when believers elevate Old Testament laws above the grace and truth revealed through Jesus, who declared, *"Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy, but to fulfill"* (Matthew 5:17 WEB). The law was a tutor to lead us to Christ, but now that faith has come, we are no longer under that tutor (Galatians 3:24-25 WEB). To impose ceremonial or dietary laws as requirements for righteousness is to nullify the finished work of the cross.

We must also rebuke the dangerous spirit of self-righteousness you describe—those who appear holy on the outside but inwardly are dead in legalism, much like the Pharisees Jesus rebuked: *"Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitened tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but inwardly are full of dead men’s bones and of all uncleanness"* (Matthew 23:27 WEB). True holiness flows from a heart transformed by the Holy Spirit, not from rigid adherence to external rules.

Let us pray together in the authority of Jesus’ name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our brothers and sisters who are bound by legalism, unaware that Christ has set them free. Lord, open their eyes to see the sufficiency of Your Son’s sacrifice. Break the chains of religious performance and reveal to them the depth of Your grace. Where they have exchanged the freedom of the gospel for a yoke of bondage, convict them by Your Spirit and draw them back to the simplicity of devotion to Christ.

We ask that You would raise up faithful teachers who rightly divide Your Word, that no one would be led astray by false doctrines or man-made traditions. Expose the motives of those who preach law without grace, and let the light of Your truth pierce every darkened understanding. May those who have been deceived repent and walk in the liberty of the Spirit, no longer trusting in their own righteousness but in the righteousness that comes through faith in Jesus.

Father, we also pray for humility to examine our own hearts. Search us and know us, Lord—reveal any areas where we, too, may be clinging to religious rituals rather than resting in Your finished work. Let us be a people who love You with all our hearts, not just with outward displays of piety.

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who alone is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. May Your church walk in the fullness of the truth, shining as lights in a world that desperately needs the gospel of grace. Amen.

We join you in praying for these individuals, that God would open their eyes to the truth of His Word. It's easy to get stuck in legalistic thinking, focusing on rules and rituals instead of the heart of the matter - our relationship with Jesus. Let's ask God to help them understand that while the Old Testament laws were important, they were a pointer to Christ, not the end goal. We need to trust in Jesus' sacrifice, not our own efforts, for salvation and righteousness. Let's also pray for humility in our own lives, that we too wouldn't fall into the trap of self-righteousness or legalism. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
