Pray for this company to stop exploiting job seekers for free product codes

Dexter2020

Good and Faithful Servant
Pray for this company to stop exploiting job seekers for free production codes for reproduction to product into a commercial product without employing them by giving them technical coding test to the job seekers to force them to work for free and they will solve the code for the seek of getting the job but after they have done the coding test . The company will copy the answers of the job seekers without giving them any monetary payment and use it for their actual commercial production. And after which will inform the job seeker that he is not selected for the role after they have used their codes for production.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, grieved by the injustice described in this situation. The exploitation of job seekers, using their labor, skills, and creativity without fair compensation, is a violation of biblical principles of honesty, fairness, and respect for others. Scripture is clear that workers deserve their wages, for "the laborer is worthy of his wages" (1 Timothy 5:18). To withhold payment or deceive someone into working for free is not only unethical but sinful, as it takes advantage of their hope and hard work.

We rebuke this practice in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Lord sees all things, and He will not be mocked. "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7). This company must repent of its dishonest ways and turn to righteousness, treating all people with the dignity and fairness they deserve as image-bearers of God.

We also lift up those who have been exploited by this company. Many may feel used, discouraged, or even hopeless after being taken advantage of in their pursuit of honest work. But we declare that the Lord is their defender and provider. "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth" (Psalm 145:18). He sees their struggles, and He will not abandon them. We pray that He would restore their sense of worth, open doors of true opportunity, and provide for their needs according to His riches in glory.

Father, we ask that You would convict the hearts of those responsible for this exploitation. Soften their hearts to see the harm they are causing and lead them to repentance. If they refuse to change, we pray that You would intervene, whether through legal consequences, financial loss, or other means, to bring an end to this injustice. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

For those who have been wronged, we pray for healing and restoration. May they find employers who value their skills and treat them with integrity. Strengthen their faith in You as their ultimate provider, and remind them that their worth is not defined by the actions of unrighteous companies but by the love of Christ, who laid down His life for them.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for all job seekers. In a world where deception can be subtle, may they seek the Lord’s guidance in their pursuits and recognize when something is not aligned with His will. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Finally, we declare that no scheme of man can thwart God’s purposes. Even in the face of injustice, He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). We stand on His promises and trust that He will bring justice, restoration, and hope to this situation. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We’ve been sitting with your request and feel the weight of it, it’s deeply disheartening when a company takes advantage of people’s hard work and hope. You’re not just asking for prayer about a vague injustice; you’re likely speaking from a place where trust has been broken and skill has been stolen. That stings, and it matters.

While we pray for this company’s practices to change, we also want to encourage you practically. If you have documentation of what happened, the test, the code you submitted, and the subsequent rejection after they clearly used it, consider reporting it. Many countries have labor boards, industry ethics bodies, or even whistleblower hotlines for fraudulent hiring. You may be able to submit an anonymous complaint that flags the pattern without putting your own job search at risk. Just the act of documenting can help regain a sense of agency. Beyond that, keep refining your craft with employers who show transparency in their hiring process; asking upfront how test submissions will be used can sometimes weed out bad actors.

We also want you to know: God sees. Every line of code written in good faith, every hope invested, none of it is wasted in His sight. He is not indifferent to exploitation, and His timing for setting things right often unfolds in ways we can’t predict. In the meantime, we ask Him to guard your spirit from bitterness and to give you wisdom for your next opportunity.

Lord Jesus, we bring this company before You, every leader, every decision-maker. Soften their hearts; bring their hidden actions to light so they can no longer exploit others. We pray for all job seekers who have been caught in this trap: restore what has been taken, provide for their needs, and open doors to employers who act with integrity. Give our friend here clear thinking, moral courage, and a tangible sense of Your justice. Keep hope alive in them, and guide their steps to a place where their skills are honored. In Your name we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a grievous thing when men make merchandise of the hopeful and the needy, turning the honest desire for labour into a snare for unrequited toil. This very practice smells of the smoke of the bottomless pit, for it is akin to defrauding the labourer of his hire, a sin that cries to heaven for judgment. The heart that can devise such a scheme has forgotten that the eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. They who thus exploit the seeker after honest work are themselves far from seeking Zion with their faces thitherward; they have set their course toward gain by crooked paths, and their end shall be bitter if they repent not.

Yet let us not be utterly cast down, for the Lord reigneth, and all things work together for good to them that love God. The poor soul who has been stripped of his labour and denied his wage may well cry out in bitterness, but let him remember that the Lord’s stripping work is often the prelude to His clothing. It may be that God is teaching you to lean not upon the arm of flesh, nor to trust in the fair promises of unprincipled men. When you are brought low, when your code is stolen and your hope deferred, then lift your eyes to the hills whence cometh your help. If you are a true seeker after God, this very trial may drive you nearer to Him who is the sure rewarder of all who diligently seek His face.

To you who have been wronged, I say, wait upon the Lord. Your life is an appointed warfare, and this skirmish is but a part of the great campaign. Let not your spirit grow venomous with revenge, for that is to be overcome of evil. Rather, commit your cause to Him who judgeth righteously. If you are in Christ, you are safe, and no man can plunder your true treasure. And for those who perpetrate such frauds, we must pray that the Spirit of God would pierce their consciences as with a sword. How can they expect God to bless their endeavours when they build their house by iniquity? Let them remember that ill-gotten gain brings a curse with it. There can be no lifting up for them while they walk in such craftiness; their only hope lies in genuine repentance and restitution.

Let us all search our own hearts, for we are often too ready to condemn the grosser sins of others while we wink at the deceitful devices of our own hearts. True seekers after God must walk uprightly, dealing honestly with all men, for the grace of God teaches us to renounce ungodliness and worldly lusts. May the Lord vindicate the oppressed and grant them double for their trouble, and may He turn the hearts of the deceivers, lest they fall into the hands of the living God, which is a fearful thing. Seek the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts, and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him. That is the word for us all, for the exploited, patience; for the exploiter, repentance; for all, earnest seeking after God.

Take care that this wickedness does not plant a root of bitterness within you. That they exploit the labor of the poor and devour the work of strangers is a manifest sin, but it is the tempter who now seeks to shake you through this spectacle of injustice. Do you not see that even now their hand is turned against themselves? They cover their fraud with the show of an interview, just as the chief priests sealed the tomb to prevent a theft, yet that very seal became the unanswerable proof of the truth. So it is here: their hidden deeds are stored up and shall be brought to light on the day when the Lord comes as judge, not as a physician seeking the lost. Then no cunning argument will avail them.

Do not, then, consume your soul crying out for earthly repayment, as though this present life were your rest. The good things prepared for those who suffer wrong without returning it are laid up securely in heaven; there a noble reception awaits the faithful, while the deceiver falls after the example of unbelief. It is better to labor that you yourself do not fail of the grace of God by letting this injury turn you toward despair, for the tempter works through just such afflictions to cast down the weaker sort. Remember, Christ died even for one who perishes, yes, even for those who now defraud you. Pray, then, not only for the evil to cease, but that they may be snatched from the coming wrath before that great and terrible day, because their error will be worse than the first if they continue.

The frustration and injustice you are describing cuts deep. It is a modern echo of a very old cry: why do the schemes of the unscrupulous seem to go unanswered while the honest are taken advantage of? The heart of what you are sharing is not just a business complaint; it is a lament over a system that uses people and discards them, treating their labor and skill as nothing more than a free resource.

It is helpful to remember that well before the Scriptures were written down, a man named Job faced a collapse of everything he had. His story reveals that not all suffering is a direct result of a person’s own wrongdoing. Job’s friends were convinced that his immense trouble must mean he was a hypocrite or had some hidden sin. They insisted, in so many words, “Get right with God and everything will smooth out.” They were wrong. Job was not suffering because of his own iniquity; he was caught in a larger spiritual drama he could not see. The same is often true today. Those who are exploited in these deceptive hiring practices are not suffering because they are foolish or because God has failed them. It is simply the wickedness of others who value profit over people.

What can we take from the cries of Job when it feels like the greedy are winning? First, we must anchor ourselves in the truth that God is still just. He is not indifferent. Like Job, we can say, “I know it is true: God is fair.” That does not mean we will always see instant justice. The company may continue this pattern for a time, just as the raiders took everything Job owned. But their day of account will come. The counsel to “acquaint yourself with God and be at peace” is not a platitude to ignore wrongs. It is an invitation to lay this burden before the One who sees through every cloudy cover, who knows the code lifted and the names discarded. He is not limited by a clouded sky or a hidden server.

So we pray, earnestly, that this practice would be brought to an end. We ask God to convict those who are using these sham technical tests to steal labor. We ask that their plans would bring forth emptiness, that the deceit they conceive would ultimately fail and be exposed. We also pray for every job seeker who has poured their mind into a test only to have their work taken and their hope removed. May God protect their spirits from bitterness, and may He open doors of genuine opportunity where their talents will be honored and paid. Your own request reflects a heart that hates this kind of evil, and that is a good and upright thing.

It is also helpful to remember that Job’s comforters were eventually rebuked by God for their harsh words, and Job was the one asked to pray for them. The one who seemed abandoned was, in fact, God’s chosen vessel in that moment. Do not let the so-called “miserable comforters” of our day convince you that God has forgotten the innocent. The cry for a mediator, someone to stand between man and God, has been answered once and for all. Jesus, who laid his hand on us, knows the cost of unjust treatment and exploitation. He is not distant from your prayers for these job seekers.

So we join you in asking Him to make the company’s excellency afraid and to let His dread fall upon the practice. We ask that the victims would find real peace and provision, and that the ones doing this would repent rather than heap up wrath.
