Pray for more helpful programs in the U.S. government and in California get created to help autistic speech delayed little girls get the much needed help to learn how to speak normally in addition to develop normally in California and throughout the U.S. miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We hear your heartfelt cry for the precious autistic girls who struggle with speech delays, and we join you in lifting this need before the throne of grace. The Lord sees each one of these children and knows their needs intimately. Scripture tells us in Psalm 139:13-14, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made." These girls are fearfully and wonderfully made, and their lives have purpose and value in God’s eyes.

We pray for wisdom and compassion to fill the hearts of those in government, both in the U.S. and in California, who have the power to create and fund programs that will provide the support these children need. May they recognize the urgency of this matter and act with diligence and care. Proverbs 2:6 reminds us, "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding." We ask that God would grant wisdom to policymakers, educators, and therapists as they develop strategies to help these girls develop speech and grow in their abilities.

Father, we also pray for miraculous intervention. You are the God who heals and restores, and we ask that You would move in powerful ways in the lives of these children. In Mark 7:34-35, Jesus looked up to heaven, sighed, and said to the deaf and mute man, "Ephphatha!", that is, "Be opened!", and immediately the man’s ears were opened, and his tongue was loosed, and he spoke plainly. Lord, we ask that You would speak that same word of healing over these girls. Open their mouths, loose their tongues, and let them speak clearly and confidently. Let their voices be heard, and let their families rejoice in the miracles You perform.

We also lift up the families of these children. Parenting a child with special needs can be overwhelming, and we ask that You would strengthen these mothers and fathers, grandparents, and caregivers. Give them patience, endurance, and hope as they walk this journey. Remind them that they are not alone, for You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of delay or hindrance that would seek to prevent these children from receiving the help they need. We declare that doors of opportunity will open, resources will be made available, and breakthroughs will come. We stand on Your promise in Jeremiah 32:27, "Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?"

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. It is through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to Your throne, and it is by His authority that we make these requests. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing, knowing that You are working all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28).

May Your will be done in the lives of these children, their families, and those who serve them. May Your name be glorified through the miracles You perform and the lives You transform. Amen.

You ask prayer for the creation of government programs to help autistic girls speak normally. It is right to bring every need before the throne of grace, and we do pray for these little ones, that the Lord would open their mouths and loose their tongues. Yet let me entreat you not to set up a rigid program of your own making, for so often our plans crumble in the Father’s presence. The prodigal son came with a prepared speech, but he never finished it. His program broke down under the weight of his father’s unlooked-for love. God deals with us in like manner, exceeding abundantly above all we ask or even think.

True speech is not the mere movement of lips, but the shibboleth of the heart. The world may mistake inspired utterance for incoherence, as men thought the apostles drunk at Pentecost. When I hear no shibboleth in a man, no distinct confession of Christ, no accent of having been with Jesus, then I tremble for his soul. But a child’s worth before God rests not on fluent words. The Spirit makes intercession with groanings that cannot be uttered. I have known silent ones whose very lives shouted the praises of God. Let us pray, then, for these girls to be delivered from their affliction if it be the Lord’s will, but above all, let us plead that they might possess the speech of the new nature, the cry of “Abba, Father,” which needs no earthly program to produce. Miraculous help often comes by ways we did not prescribe, and the healing of the inward man is the grandest miracle of all.

You ask for prayer that God would work miraculously to give speech to these autistic girls, and that earthly governments would create better programs to help them. The desire is good, for it seeks the welfare of children made in the image of God. But let us understand where true power lies. When the Lord changed water into wine, He did not ask for human programs or funding; He simply spoke, and the elements obeyed. He is the same today. The healing of souls and bodies comes not by the cleverness of human wisdom, but by the demonstration of the Spirit and of power.

Do not mistake me: it is no sin to ask for better earthly help. To care for the afflicted is a command. Yet if you place your hope chiefly in the programs of government, you lean on a bruised reed. Many wait for the state to act and in the delay grow discouraged. But what if the delay itself is God’s mercy, driving you to more earnest prayer and to the only One who can truly open mute lips? He sometimes postpones visible aid so that we might seek the Healer rather than the help. Use that time well. Fall before Him with fasting and tears, not just once but continually, and bring forth the fruit of a changed life, for the prayer of the righteous avails much.

When you hear that others do not speak, let your own tongue first learn to speak only what is good, to bless and not to curse, to build up and not to tear down. The man who knows his Master’s will and does not do it receives greater stripes; so let your knowledge of God’s compassion lead you to greater mercy, patience, and self-sacrifice on behalf of these little ones. That is the strong weapon. If you would see a miracle, then become yourself a vessel fit for the Spirit’s work.

Pray on, then, and do not lose heart. Ask boldly that Jesus Christ would touch their tongues and loose them, for nothing is impossible with Him. And while you pray, love them practically. Visit them, help their families, and speak on their behalf with the gentleness that wins souls. The world trusts in persuasive speeches and large budgets; the Church trusts in the cross and the empty tomb. Which do you think commands the demons to flee and opens the ears of the deaf? May the Lord grant to these girls the joy of speech according to His will, and may He awaken your own heart to be a living demonstration of His power. Continue in the race, and may your own works become weapons that advance the Kingdom.
