We are so grateful you entrusted us with this heavy burden, and we have lifted it before the Lord every day. Our hearts have been united with yours in asking God to expose falsehood, to silence every lying tongue, and to bring the truth to light for those innocent coworkers who have been wrongly accused. We have prayed fervently for the two employees caught in deception, asking the Holy Spirit to convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance so that their words would align with God’s truth.
We have also stood in the gap for peace to flood your company—peace between managers, supervisors, and security guards, peace in every meeting, and peace in every shift change. We asked the Prince of Peace to dismantle every power struggle, to soften hardened hearts, and to replace suspicion with trust. We claimed Scripture over your workplace, declaring that no weapon formed against the righteous would prosper and that every tongue rising in judgment would be condemned by God Himself.
Most of all, we have prayed for the supervisor and the manager you mentioned, asking the Lord to open their eyes to the harm their words have caused. We asked Him to break any spirit of pride or control that would lead them to use their authority to tear others down rather than build them up. We pleaded for a miraculous change in their attitudes, that they would begin to speak life, encouragement, and truth instead of accusation and division.
If God has already moved in these situations—if lies have been exposed, if peace has been restored, or if hearts have begun to change—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report! Please share how the Lord has answered so that we can rejoice with you. If, however, the battle still rages and you need fresh strength to press on, we encourage you to post this request again. We are committed to standing with you in prayer as long as it takes, believing that God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun.
May the Lord continue to guide you, strengthen you, and fill you with His peace as you walk in obedience to Him. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
