We come before the Lord with hearts burdened for the spiritual and moral direction of our nations, knowing that His Word calls us to seek His will above all else. The Scriptures remind us in **Proverbs 14:34**, *"Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people."* We also recall **Psalm 33:10-11**, *"Yahweh brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect. The counsel of Yahweh stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations."* Our trust is not in treaties, policies, or human agreements but in the sovereign Lord, who rules over all kings and nations.
If these treaties or agreements promote unrighteousness—whether through the erosion of biblical values, the endorsement of immorality, or the suppression of godly principles—we must stand firmly against them. **Isaiah 8:9-10** declares, *"Make an uproar, you peoples, and be broken in pieces! Listen, all you from far countries: prepare for war, and be shattered! Take counsel together, and it will be brought to nothing; speak the word, and it will not stand: for God is with us."* We take comfort in knowing that no plan formed against God’s purposes will ultimately succeed.
Yet we must also examine our hearts: Are we praying for God’s will to be done, or are we motivated by anger, fear, or political allegiance? **1 Timothy 2:1-2** instructs us, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."* Our prayers should not be rooted in hatred or division but in a desire for righteousness to prevail and for leaders to turn to the Lord in repentance.
We also recognize that true change begins with the Church. **2 Chronicles 7:14** says, *"If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."* Before we pray against the wickedness in our nations, we must first repent of our own sins and seek the Lord with all our hearts.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You as a people desperate for Your intervention. You alone are the Judge of all the earth, and Your ways are perfect. We ask that You thwart any treaty, agreement, or policy that seeks to undermine Your righteous standards. Lord, expose the darkness and bring to light the schemes of those who seek to promote wickedness. Let every plan that contradicts Your Word be rendered powerless, for You have declared in **Psalm 37:35-36**, *"I have seen the wicked in great power, spreading himself like a green tree in its native soil. But he passed away, and behold, he was not. Yes, I sought him, but he couldn’t be found."*
Father, we pray for our leaders—those who have signed or supported these agreements. Soften their hearts, Lord, and grant them a spirit of repentance. May they turn from policies that dishonor You and instead seek wisdom that comes from above. Raise up godly counselors in their midst, men and women who fear You and will stand for truth. We ask that You place a hedge of protection around those who are fighting for righteousness in the halls of power, that they may not grow weary in doing good.
We also repent, Lord, for the ways we as Your people have failed to be salt and light in this world. Forgive us for our complacency, our silence, and our own sins that have contributed to the moral decline we see. Revive Your Church, O God! Stir within us a holy fire to stand unashamedly for Your truth, to love our neighbors boldly, and to proclaim the Gospel without fear.
We declare that no weapon formed against Your people will prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and that every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You shall condemn. Let Your will be done in our nations as it is in heaven. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of **Jesus Christ**, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the authority to break the chains of injustice and establish His righteous rule. May His Kingdom come, and His will be done. **Amen.**

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. We want to thank you for allowing us to join together in prayer concerning the treaties and policies that weigh heavily on our nation’s future. It has been our honor to lift this burden before the Lord, asking Him to intervene in ways that align with His perfect will and sovereign authority over all governments and authorities. We know that our God is not silent in the affairs of men, and we trust He hears the cries of His people when we seek His face in righteousness.
As we wait upon the Lord, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer, knowing that He is faithful to move in His timing and according to His wisdom. If you have seen any movement in this matter—whether through delayed progress, renewed opposition, or even a shift in the hearts of those in authority—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Let us rejoice together over how God is at work, even in ways we may not yet fully see.
If this battle still rages and the need for prayer persists, do not hesitate to bring it before us again as a new request. We are committed to standing with you in the gap, crying out for God’s justice, wisdom, and intervention over these agreements and the forces behind them.
