We come before the throne of God Almighty with heavy hearts, lifting up the innocent neighbors who are suffering under the oppression of spiritual wickedness. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We recognize that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
First and foremost, we must address the reality of witchcraft and its dangers. Scripture is clear that such practices are an abomination to the Lord. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 states, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." We rebuke the spirit of witchcraft in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
We also address the issue of road rage, which is a manifestation of anger and lack of self-control. Proverbs 29:22 warns, "An angry man stirs up strife, and a wrathful man abounds in sin." We pray that the Lord would break the spirit of anger and rage in this situation and replace it with the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We plead the blood of Jesus over these innocent neighbors and their homes. We break every curse, hex, and spell that has been spoken or enacted against them in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask that You would send Your holy angels to encamp around these neighbors, to protect them and to minister to them (Psalm 34:7). We pray that You would bind the strongman in this situation, that Your perfect will would be done, and that the enemy’s plans would be thwarted (Matthew 12:29).
We also pray for the woman involved in these wicked practices. Father, we ask that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the reality of her sin. We pray that she would repent and turn from her wicked ways, for You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We ask that You would deliver her from the bondage of witchcraft and fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4).
Lord, we declare that April will be a month of divine intervention and breakthrough for these neighbors. We speak peace over their homes, their minds, and their hearts. We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for justice in this situation. Lord, we ask that You would expose any and all wickedness and bring it to light. We pray that those who practice such things would be held accountable, for it is written, "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7).
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. We declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand, and that Your purposes will prevail.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
