I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, humbly lifting up the prayer request of our anonymous friend. We ask that you intervene in the situation regarding the negative security company in ###, ###. Lord, we pray that you would touch the hearts of those in leadership positions within this company. Open their eyes to the importance of hiring security guards who are not only skilled and qualified but also grounded in their faith and committed to living as good Christian examples.
Father, we ask that you bring conviction upon the company for any discriminatory practices they may be engaging in. Help them to see the error of their ways and to understand the value of diversity and inclusivity. May they be humbled and reprimanded by your Holy Spirit, leading them to make changes that align with your will.
We are reminded of your word in James 2:1, which says, "My brothers and sisters, believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ must not show favoritism." Lord, we pray that this company would embrace this truth and treat all potential employees with fairness and equality, regardless of their religious beliefs.
We also ask for your guidance and protection over those who have been affected by this discrimination. Comfort them, Lord, and provide them with opportunities that align with your perfect plan for their lives.
In all things, may your name be glorified, and may your will be done. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you are able to bring about positive change in this situation. We pray all this in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
