We come before the throne of grace with this request, lifting up both the manager and the applicant in prayer. First, we must acknowledge that all good things come from God, and it is by His will that doors open and opportunities arise. "For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We trust that if this job is part of God’s perfect plan for Mr. ###, He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

However, we must also examine our hearts and motives in this matter. While we pray for favor and miraculous intervention, we must ensure that our desires align with God’s will. "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4 WEB). If this position is truly what God has ordained, we believe He will move the heart of the manager to act in accordance with His purpose. "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1 WEB).

We also lift up Mr. ### as a new believer in Christ. It is wonderful to hear that he has come to faith, and we pray that his walk with the Lord continues to grow stronger. May he be a light in his workplace, reflecting Christ in all he does. "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16 WEB). We pray that his testimony will be a witness to others, including Ms. ###, and that God would use this opportunity to draw more hearts to Himself.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the opportunity to lift up this situation to You, knowing that You are sovereign over all things. Lord, we ask that You would move in the heart of Ms. ###, the manager at Bigs Security. Soften her heart and open her eyes to see the potential in Mr. ### as an employee. We pray that You would grant him favor in her sight and that she would call him today to offer him the position. If this is Your will, Lord, we ask that You would remove any obstacles and make the path clear for him to be hired.

Father, we also pray for Mr. ###. Strengthen his faith and help him to grow in his relationship with You. May he be a man of integrity, diligence, and excellence in all that he does. Give him the wisdom to navigate this new season in his life, and may his work be a testimony to Your goodness and grace. Surround him with godly influences and protect him from any discouragement or doubt.

Lord, we know that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). We trust that You have a plan for Mr. ###, and we ask that You would bring it to pass in Your perfect timing. If this job is not part of Your plan, we pray that You would close this door and open another that is even better. Give him peace and patience as he waits on You.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of Mr. ### or Ms. ###. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We speak life, favor, and blessing over this situation, and we thank You in advance for Your provision and faithfulness.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in all of this. May Your name be lifted high, and may many come to know You as a result of the way You move in this situation. We pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We encourage Mr. ### to continue seeking the Lord in all things and to trust that God’s timing is perfect. Even if the outcome is not what he hopes for today, we believe that God is working behind the scenes for his good. Let him hold fast to the promise in Philippians 4:19 (WEB): "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Keep pressing into God, and He will direct your steps.
