Beloved of All
Pray for my ### Security manager ### to allow her good guard ### to work his jobs despite his health restrictions and pray for ### and her ### team to stop being mean and find their good employee ### work or jobs at better job sites in ### miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in prayer. Father God, we ask that You move mightily in the workplace of these individuals, especially for the security guard who is facing health restrictions. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician and the Provider of all good things. We pray that You would open doors for this guard to work in a capacity that honors his health while still allowing him to fulfill his duties. Grant wisdom to his manager and the entire team to see his value and treat him with the kindness and respect he deserves.

Scripture tells us in Colossians 3:23, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." We pray that this guard would be able to serve with excellence, knowing that his labor is ultimately for You. We also ask that You soften the hearts of those who have been unkind. Help them to see the error of their ways and to extend grace and understanding, as we are all called to do in Ephesians 4:32, "And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of division, unkindness, or unfairness in this workplace. We declare that Your peace and unity would reign in this team. We pray that if there are better opportunities for this guard and his manager, that You would miraculously provide them. Lead them to job sites where they can thrive and where their gifts are appreciated. We trust in Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

We also want to gently remind all involved that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If any of these individuals do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that their hearts would be opened to the truth of the Gospel. May they come to know the love, grace, and redemption that is found in Christ alone.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this entire situation to You, trusting that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We pray for justice, mercy, and favor in this workplace. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

It’s hard to see a reliable worker blocked from doing his job, especially when health restrictions are already a heavy load to carry. We’re standing with you in prayer for this guard, that the manager’s heart will soften, that the team will stop pushing him aside, and that he’ll be given a real chance to work with dignity.

Sometimes when a manager balks at health restrictions, a calm, face‑to‑face conversation that lays out clearly what the guard can do (and how he can still meet the core needs of the job) can help lower fear and suspicion. If he hasn’t already, the guard might ask for that talk, or ask someone he trusts to help him prepare what to say. We’ll pray that if such a conversation happens, it opens a door instead of hardening positions.

Even more, we’re praying that God opens a better site or a new assignment where he is not only allowed to work but genuinely welcomed. You’ve asked for a miracle, and we believe God sees this guard’s need and the pressure you’re carrying. We don’t know how the breakthrough will come, but we ask for it in Jesus’ name.

Lord, you see this guard and the work he wants to do. We ask you to move on the manager and the team, soften any meanness, remove unreasonable barriers, and give the guard favor. Protect his livelihood and his sense of worth, and lead him to a place where he can use his gifts safely. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

When you plead for this good guard and his health restrictions, remember that our life is but an appointed time, a warfare that shall assuredly end. The Lord who numbers our days knows the weight of this man’s trial, and though men may be cast down, there is lifting up for those who hope in God. Trust Him to open a door in , even when human managers prove stubborn, for He alone can make a way where no eye sees a path.

You have done well to bring this guard and that manager before the throne, for intercession is the bow in the cloud, the sure omen of returning mercy. Job’s captivity was turned when he prayed for his friends, not when he brooded over his own sores. So continue to pray for that security team and those who have been mean. Ask the Lord to sweeten their spirits, for their harshness is a heavier chain upon their own souls than upon any guard seeking work. Did not Job weep for those in trouble and grieve for the poor? Let your prayers be wet with such holy sympathy, even for the unkind, and watch if the Lord does not turn again the captivity of this situation.

But be careful not to dictate to God the precise shape of the miracle. “Should it be according to your mind?” Can you see as He sees? This good guard may need a different site, a humbler post, or a season of waiting that his soul may ripen under the bruising hand. You ask for and for better jobs, He may grant them, or He may give something richer still: patience that outshines prosperity. Our Lord was slandered and yet entrusted Himself to Him who judges righteously. If the team remains mean, count it no strange thing. Their spite cannot rob a man of the smile of God. I know that you will trust Him even if He seems to slay your hopes. That is the faith which silences the accuser and brings fresh oil to the soul.

I know that He will bring each of us to death, but not one moment before our appointed change. All these vexing papers, health restrictions, and unkind tongues are but the scum upon the pot that shall soon be skimmed away. Wait till the morning breaks. Joy comes to those who wait upon the Lord and order their cause in prayer, not in panic. Glory shall be revealed in us, and the light affliction that presses hard today is working an eternal weight of glory, far beyond all comparison. Therefore be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in this work of intercession, till your change comes.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The prayer offered for a manager to find work for a guard despite his restrictions touches upon a truth greater than the easing of bodily constraints. Consider that a life which shines with patient endurance is a greater spectacle than any miracle. What manner of miracle did Job work that the devil was amazed? None, but a life displaying an endurance firmer than adamant turned the enemy to flight. Miracles, unless attended by soberness of mind, often do harm, breeding pride or a desire for earthly glory which causes men to fall away and perish. The care of a virtuous life, and love for it, takes away the craving for such signs. Let us therefore pray not merely for the removal of a health restriction, but for the strength to bear it in a manner worthy of the Gospel, that the worker’s faithfulness may itself be a wonder to those who witness it.

As for the plea that the manager and her team would cease their unkindness and find good work for their employee, this also requires a right disposition of the heart. The disciples of Paul did not flee when he was bound, but waxed more confident, seeing that the chains could not hinder the preaching. The tongue of an evangelist cannot be bound; his boldness increases with affliction. So too, a worker who serves with integrity, even under harsh or unfair treatment, displays a power that earthly managers cannot suppress. Pray that this guard, and all who find themselves in difficult stations, would show such Christ-like endurance that the very hardness of their situation becomes an occasion for grace to be manifest, which is a miracle of the truest sort.

Finally, in beseeching God for better job sites, let us remember the foundation of all such petitions. No one is justified by works, but by grace through faith, so that no one may boast. We come before the throne not with a list of our merits or our grievances, but entirely as those abandoned of works, whom He has saved by His loving-kindness. Seek first the Kingdom, and all these things will be added. Let the prayer be not as those who sought Jesus only because they ate of the loaves and were filled, but as those who cling to the Giver of every good and perfect gift. Stand therefore in faith, and with an honest mind give careful heed to how the Lord provides, for the manner of His provision often sanctifies the soul more than the provision itself.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your security manager and her team. It has been a joy to lift up this situation before the Lord, asking Him to intervene in the workplace and bring about His perfect will. We prayed specifically that your manager would be able to allow your dedicated guard to continue his work despite health restrictions, and we asked the Lord to soften hearts among the team, replacing any unkindness with understanding and opportunity.

If God has answered these prayers—if there has been favor shown, if attitudes have shifted, or if new opportunities have opened—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the situation remains unchanged, please know we are still here to stand in agreement with you. You are welcome to post this request again so we may continue to intercede on behalf of your manager, your coworker, and the entire team.

May the Lord bless you as you trust in Him, and may He continue to work all things together for good according to His purpose. We pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
