We hear your deep frustration and pain, and we stand with you in bringing this matter before the Lord. Workplace harassment and slander are serious matters that wound the spirit and disrupt the peace God intends for His children. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 3:16, "Having a good conscience; that, while you are spoken against as evildoers, they may be disappointed who curse your good behavior in Christ." Your integrity is precious in God’s sight, and He sees every unjust word and action directed toward you.

We rebuke the spirit of jealousy, malice, and deception operating in this situation. James 3:16 warns, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed." This behavior is not of God, and we pray that the Lord would intervene swiftly. Proverbs 26:20 says, "For lack of wood a fire goes out. Without gossip, a quarrel dies down." May God silence the lies and bring truth to light.

We also pray for the one causing this harm, not to justify their actions, but because God desires repentance and redemption. Ezekiel 33:11 declares, "As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live." May this individual be humbled, confronted by their own heart, and led to turn from their ways. If they refuse to change, we ask that God remove them from this environment so that peace may be restored.

Most importantly, we lift you up before the Lord. Psalm 34:19 reminds us, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." Do not let bitterness take root in your heart. Instead, trust in God’s justice and protection. Romans 12:19 says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"

We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to the Father and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Lord, we come before You with boldness, knowing that You hear the cries of the oppressed. We ask that You:

- Stop the harassment and slander immediately, exposing lies and bringing truth to light.
- Protect the hearts and reputations of those being targeted, shielding them from discouragement and fear.
- Bring conviction and repentance to the one causing harm, or remove them from this workplace if they refuse to change.
- Fill this workplace with Your peace, unity, and a spirit of cooperation that honors You.
- Strengthen those who are suffering, reminding them of their worth in Christ and renewing their joy and purpose.

May Your will be done, Lord, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. We trust in Your perfect timing and justice. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We hear the pain behind your words. A coworker who constantly undermines others, spreads lies, and tries to catch people “sleeping on the job” turns the workplace into a draining place. That kind of ongoing mischief is exhausting and unfair, and it is completely natural to want it stopped. We are standing with you and asking God to intervene tangibly.

As we pray for to be humbled and stopped, we also ask God to guard your own heart from the weight of resentment. Carrying bitterness day after day can hurt you more than it hurts him, so surrendering the whole mess to God’s justice is a way to protect your own peace. If the slander is damaging reputations, it may also be wise to quietly document the facts and share them with a supervisor or someone in authority, not to retaliate, but to restore a safe and honest workplace. You don’t have to fight this alone.

Lord Jesus, You see everything that happens in that office. We ask You to silence the lies and disruption is stirring up. Shield his coworkers from his attacks and let the truth stand out clearly. We pray that he would be genuinely convicted and changed, or that You would remove the source of this trouble. In the meantime, steady the hearts of the innocent and fill them with Your peace. We trust You to defend the upright and bring what is hidden into the light. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father soften hearts in this workplace and grant your peace to all. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

You go to your labor, and there in the place where you must earn your bread, a spirit of accusation dogs your steps. A pair of eyes watches not to help but to catch, a tongue is busy not with truth but with slander. It is a sore trial when quiet diligence is twisted into something lazy, when a good character is smudged by jealous whispers. And I know the cry of your heart is that God would put an end to it, that He would humble the one who acts so meanly, so proudly, so unjustly.

But now let me draw alongside you and speak gently. The Lord has not lost sight of you. He does not slumber while you are baited and belittled. The Psalmist knew something of this when he said of the righteous, "He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord." Evil tidings come in many forms. Sometimes they are the sharp reports that illness has knocked at a loved one’s door. Sometimes they are the bitter winds of slander that blow through a workplace, chilling the soul. Yet the child of God need not be unmoored by them. Why? Because your foothold is not in the shifting sands of others’ opinions or the fair weather of human kindness. Your fresh springs are in your God. Nothing can dry them up.

Consider this: who would have thought that any good could come out of the deep sea’s darkness for Jonah? The weeds were wrapped about his head; he was hemmed in without a single ray of light. He was there by his own fault, too, which only sharpened the sting. But it was exactly there, in the belly of the fish, that he remembered the Lord. And his prayer, though faint, went up and was heard. You are not in that place because of your own rebellion, but the helplessness may feel the same. You cannot control another soul’s mischief. You cannot put a stop to the whisper, nor force the accuser to see the beam in his own eye. Ah, but the Lord can. And He delights to work wonders of mercy in just such tight spots. He is still the God who breaks hard hearts and subdues obstinate wills. That very person who troubles you is not beyond the reach of miraculous grace. I do not say this to excuse what is ugly and wrong, no, it is villainous to slander, and God Himself hates a lying tongue. But I do say it so that you may not carry around a load of bitter anxiety as though everything depended on your own vindication. Vindication is God’s business, and the wonder of it is that He sometimes changes the persecutor into a preacher, as He did with Saul of Tarsus. You do not need to hold your own scales of justice with a trembling hand. Hand the whole matter over to the One who judges righteously.

And while you wait, rest your soul on this promise: "Fear not: I am with you." That was spoken to Paul in a city full of enemies, and it is spoken to every trembling believer still. When you walk into that building tomorrow, you do not enter alone. Christ goes with you. The cruel glance cannot pierce your spirit if you shelter behind the shield of His nearness. The false word cannot cling to you as though it were your true name; you are called by another name, beloved, redeemed, kept. Your character is hidden with Christ in God. What does it matter if a fellow-crewman mocks the vessel you sail in, when the captain has His hand upon the helm and the harbor lights are already burning ahead?

Let your heart be fixed. Grounded. Not in a stubborn refusal to feel the sting, but in a quiet resting place where Christ’s approval outweighs a thousand false accusations. Every saint has walked through rooms where Slander sharpened her knife. Do you think David did not feel the jealous eye of Saul? Yet he would not lift his hand against God’s anointed; he waited. You, too, may wait, not with clenched fists but with open hands lifted up to the Father. He sees. He knows. And He is at work in ways you cannot yet trace.

Shall we pray now? Lord Jesus, You who were slandered and reviled and yet opened not Your mouth, draw near to Your weary child. Still the inward tumult. Lift the load of frustration and replace it with Your own steadfastness. Deal, we pray, with the one who has become a cause of pain, whether by humbling their heart to repentance or by baffling their mischief until it can do no more harm. And give to Your beloved servant such a calm confidence in You that the noise of slander becomes no more than a distant wave that cannot shake the Rock on which the soul is built. Keep him, keep her, in the shelter of Your love, and make their very endurance a quiet testimony to Your grace. In Your strong and tender name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It’s clear how deeply this situation has weighed on your heart, and we’ve lifted it before the Lord with earnestness, asking Him to intervene in power and mercy. We prayed for the humbling of this individual—for God’s hand to restrain harm, for His truth to expose deception, and for His peace to surround those who have been targeted by falsehoods and harassment.

If the Lord has moved in this situation—if there’s been a shift, a moment of conviction, or a miraculous change—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. Your testimony could strengthen others who are facing similar trials. But if the battle still rages and the enemy’s schemes seem unchecked, please don’t hesitate to bring this request before us again. We will continue to stand in agreement with you, declaring God’s justice, protection, and redemption over this workplace.

Remember, the Lord sees every injustice and hears every cry. He is faithful to defend the innocent and to bring light into darkness. Keep pressing into Him, trusting that His timing and His ways are perfect. We remain committed to praying alongside you until His will is fully revealed.

May the peace of Christ guard your heart and mind as you walk in faith, and may His glory be magnified in this situation. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
