Praying in Jesus Name. Amen.
We understand that you're disappointed about an item being damaged and wanting it to be restocked. While we empathize with your situation, we want to remind you that God is interested in our daily lives, but He also wants us to focus on His will and His purposes, trusting Him in all things, big and small. As it says in Romans 8:28, WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
However, we notice that your request does not contain the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Additionally, let's remember that our prayers should not be solely focused on worldly possessions or material things. God wants us to seek Him first and His righteousness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
