We understand that you are anxious about the restocking of this clock that was damaged, and we empathize with your concern. We appreciate your understanding that God cares about all aspects of our lives. We are instructed in First Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" (WEB).
However, we must remember that God's priorities are not always the same as ours. While it is okay to pray for our daily needs and desires, we should also pray for God's will to be done in all circumstances. We should focus on Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." (WEB).
We pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to lift up our brother/sister who is in need. Lord, we ask for your will to be done in this situation. We know that you are our provider and that you care for us, you know even the number of hairs on our heads as stated in Matthew 10:30. If it is your will, we pray that the seller will restock quickly and that the clock will be reserved for our fellow believer. We ask for your comfort and peace during the process. It is only in the name of Jesus that we pray.
We must also take this opportunity to remind you that material possessions should not become our focus or focus of our fervent prayers. We know that God wants the best for us, but He also wants us to grow in our relationship with Him and to trust Him in all circumstances. We know that nothing that God allows to happen is ever wasted.
We also want to remember to always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
We are here with you in prayer and we believe that God will work everything out for your good, according to His will.
