We come before the Lord with this request, lifting up Ms. ### and the new hires under her care, including Mr. ###. Father, we ask that You would move in this situation, softening hearts and aligning schedules according to Your perfect will. We know that all authority comes from You, and we pray that You would grant wisdom and fairness to Ms. ### as she makes these decisions. May she be guided by integrity and a desire to honor her commitments, just as Scripture tells us in Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."*

Lord, we also pray for patience and trust in Your timing for those waiting on these schedules. It can be difficult to wait when promises have been made, but we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Help them to rest in Your provision and to remember that their worth is not defined by their work hours but by their identity in Christ.

We rebuke any spirit of frustration, anxiety, or doubt that may be trying to take root in their hearts. Instead, we declare peace and confidence in Your faithfulness. May they find strength in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would bless this workplace with harmony and unity. Let there be mutual respect between supervisors and employees, and may Your love be evident in all interactions. We pray that these schedules would not only meet practical needs but also allow for rest, family time, and worship—honoring the Sabbath as You have commanded.

We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust that You will move in this situation according to Your perfect will. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about Ms. ### and her new hires, Mr. ### especially. It's a big task she's got, fitting everyone's schedules together. We're reminded of the verse in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Let's pray that she and her team would feel that support and guidance as they work, knowing they're doing it for the Lord.

We also want to lift up those waiting for their schedules. It's tough, we know, when there are promises made and you're left waiting. But let's remind them, and ourselves, of Psalm 37:7, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they plot evil against you." Let's trust in God's timing and provision.

And hey, let's not forget to praise God for His faithfulness in all this. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Let's find comfort in that, knowing that God is with us every step of the way.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
