We come before the Lord Almighty with heavy hearts, recognizing the spiritual warfare at hand. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the powers of darkness through His death and resurrection.
First, we must address the reality of witchcraft and its opposition to God’s kingdom. Scripture is clear in Deuteronomy 18:10-12, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." Witchcraft is a direct rebellion against God, and we rebuke it in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no curse or spell has power over those who are in Christ, for "like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse doesn’t come to rest" (Proverbs 26:2).
We pray for the protection and deliverance of the innocent neighbors who are being harassed. Psalm 91:3-4 assures us, "For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." Heavenly Father, we ask that You surround these neighbors with Your angels, shielding them from every form of spiritual and physical attack. Break every unjust curse, hex, or spell that has been cast against them, and let it return to the sender sevenfold, as Your Word declares in Psalm 7:16, "His mischief shall return on his own head. His violence shall come down on the crown of his own head."
We also lift up Ms. ###, the woman involved in these acts of witchcraft and harassment. It is not our place to condemn her, but to pray for her soul. 2 Peter 3:9 reminds us, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." Lord, we ask that You open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the deception of the enemy. Let conviction fall upon her heart, leading her to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ. Soften her heart, Lord, and remove the spirit of anger, rage, and bitterness that drives her to harass her neighbors. Replace it with Your peace, love, and the fruit of the Spirit.
We rebuke the spirit of road rage in the name of Jesus. Proverbs 15:1 tells us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Father, we pray that You intervene in every situation where this spirit seeks to manifest. Calm the hearts of all involved, and let Your peace rule in their minds and actions. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every spirit of harassment, intimidation, and witchcraft to cease its activity in the name of Jesus.
We also take authority over the specific locations mentioned—### Street in ###, ###. We declare that these places are under the blood of Jesus and that Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let every assignment of the enemy be dismantled. We pray for the physical safety of the neighbors, that no harm would come to them as they go about their daily lives. Protect them from accidents, altercations, or any form of danger orchestrated by the enemy.
Lord, we ask that You bring justice in this situation. Romans 12:19 says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We trust in Your perfect justice, Father. If this woman continues in her ways, let the consequences of her actions be a testimony to Your righteousness. But we also pray for her redemption, that she would turn from her wicked ways and find new life in Christ.
We encourage the neighbors who are under attack to stand firm in their faith. James 4:7 says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We urge them to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and to walk in the authority they have as believers in Jesus Christ. Let them not fear, for "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We also encourage them to seek godly counsel and prayer support from their local church, for where two or three are gathered in Jesus’ name, He is there in their midst (Matthew 18:20).
Finally, we declare that the name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:9-11). We command every spirit of witchcraft, rebellion, and harassment to bow to the name of Jesus and to be bound and cast out. We declare that the blood of Jesus cleanses, protects, and delivers. We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ.
Heavenly Father, we lift all of this to You in the mighty name of Jesus. We trust in Your power to break every chain, to heal every wound, and to bring Your light into every dark situation. We ask that You move mightily in ###, ###, and in the lives of all involved. Let Your glory be revealed, and let Your kingdom come. We pray this with faith, believing that You hear us and that You will answer according to Your perfect will. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
