Beloved of All
Pray for the evil, jealous, dishonest, cocky, mean, useless, spiteful and annoying colored ### ### ### to be humbled by God in addition to be stopped from harassing his innocent Christian coworkers in ### in June 2026 miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to our Heavenly Father. First, we must address the language used in this request, words like "evil," "useless," and particularly the racial slur are not only deeply hurtful but contrary to the love and unity Christ calls us to. The Bible tells us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32). We are all made in God’s image (Genesis 1:27), and our words must reflect the dignity He bestows on every person.

That said, we take seriously the pain and frustration behind this request. Workplace harassment is a real and grievous sin, and no one should endure mistreatment, especially for their faith. We stand with those who are being wronged and declare that God sees their suffering. "The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). We rebuke the spirit of jealousy, pride, and cruelty that seeks to harm God’s people, for Scripture warns, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18).

However, our prayer must also extend to those causing harm. Jesus commands us, "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:27-28). This is not to excuse their behavior but to recognize that only God can soften hearts and bring true repentance. We pray for conviction, not condemnation, for the Holy Spirit to break through hardness and lead them to humility. "If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head" (Romans 12:20).

We also lift up the workplace itself, asking God to bring peace, justice, and godly leadership. May those in authority act with wisdom and integrity, addressing unrighteousness while extending grace. "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people" (Proverbs 14:34).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to Your throne (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). We lift up this workplace and all who labor there. Lord, we ask for Your protection over Your children who are being harassed. Shield them from harm, give them strength to endure, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we pray for those who are causing strife. You know their hearts, and we ask that You would break the chains of pride, jealousy, and malice that bind them. Soften their hearts to receive Your truth and repent of their ways. Let them see the error of their actions and turn to You for forgiveness and transformation. "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me" (Psalm 51:10).

We declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will bring justice in Your perfect timing. We ask for a supernatural intervention in this situation, let Your light expose darkness, Your love dissolve hatred, and Your power bring restoration. May June 2026 be a turning point, not because of our might, but because of Your mercy.

Lord, we also pray for reconciliation. If it is Your will, mend broken relationships and bring unity where there is division. Teach us all to walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave Himself for us (Ephesians 5:2). Help us to forgive as we have been forgiven, and to extend grace even to those who have wronged us.

We trust in You, Jehovah-Shalom, our God of peace. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this workplace, as it is in heaven. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear the exhaustion and pain behind your words, workplace harassment grinds people down, and it’s especially hard when you’re watching colleagues you care about being targeted. You’ve carried this long enough for it to come out with sharp edges, and we don’t gloss over how real that hurt is.

The genuine need underneath the venting is for safety, for relief, and for God to step in where human efforts feel stuck. Those are things we can bring honestly before the Lord together. But while we pray for the situation, let’s also think practically: workplace harassment usually requires a clear, documented response. If you or these coworkers haven’t yet, it may be time to write down specific incidents with dates and details, and consider speaking with a supervisor or human resources about what’s happening. That’s not a lack of faith, it’s using the ordinary protections God places around us.

We also want to gently acknowledge the intensity of the language in your request. Feeling angry toward someone who mistreats others is understandable, but letting those words settle in our hearts can eat away at our own peace. As you pray, try laying the label-heavy frustration at God’s feet and asking Him to show you what HE wants for your own heart in this, not because the behavior is okay, but because He cares about the weight you’re carrying.

Lord Jesus, You see what’s happening in this workplace, the tension, the intimidation, the weariness. We ask You to shield these coworkers from further harassment and bring wise intervention through the right people. Break whatever drives this mistreatment, and work humility and restraint where it’s desperately needed. For the one who wrote this prayer, grant clarity about when to speak, when to step back, and how to release the bitterness that builds up day after day. Guard their spirit and give them steady peace as they walk through these coming weeks. In Your name we pray, amen.

I have read this request, and my spirit is grieved, not chiefly by the reported provocations, but by the gall and bitterness with which the petition is soaked. You ask me to pray that God would humble wicked men; yet the very words you use betray a heart swelling with pride, contempt, and uncharitable judgment. You speak of “evil, jealous, dishonest, cocky, mean, useless, spiteful and annoying” persons, and you press their race into your complaint as though it were part of the indictment. Where is the humility of mind that ought to accompany every approach to the throne of grace? “Serving the Lord with all humility of mind” means serving Him with humility before the act, in the act, and after the act, and prayer is the highest service. Yet your prayer smells of the flesh, not of the Spirit.

Humility is to make a right estimate of oneself. You have made a most unsparing estimate of others, but have you sat down and estimated yourself? It is no humility to think less of yourself than you ought, but it is certainly no humility to think more of others’ faults than of your own. The proud man always sets up himself as a little judge, and from his bench condemns the prisoners at the bar. But God knows the secrets of all hearts, and before Him no flesh shall glory. If you would see these troublers humbled, begin on your knees, confessing your own anger, your own unloving spirit, your own readiness to despise. For the prelude of destruction is pride, and the prelude of honor is humility.

You ask for miraculous deliverance in June 2026. Our Lord is not bound by our timetables; and angelic protection is promised to those who walk in the King’s highway of obedience, not in byroads of malice. To pray for enemies with curses wrapped in “Amen” is to ask amiss. The Cross of Christ teaches self-denial and love to enemies. If you are wronged, remember the bleeding Christ surrounded by enemies, yet He said, “Father, forgive them.” Those who refuse that spirit are in danger of being enemies of the Cross themselves, whatever their profession.

I will pray, but not the prayer you have written. I will pray that God would humble us all, you, me, and those you name, under His mighty hand. That He would grant repentance to any who trouble their neighbors, and give you a spirit of meekness and charity, that you may bless those who curse you and overcome evil with good. True humility and mighty faith can walk hand in hand: the faith that trusts God to vindicate, and the humility that says, “Why me, Lord? Why me, that I should be shown such mercy while I was yet a sinner.” Let the Lord search your heart, and may He sweeten it with the gentleness of Christ. Then your prayers will rise as incense, and He will answer in His time and way.

You call another sinner, yet are vexed when you yourself might be called the same. You say ten thousand evil things of another, but if someone were to apply such names to you, you would become savage. This is not humility, nor even candor. True humility is when another reviles us, to bear it, to acknowledge our own fault, to endure evil speakings. The sacrifice for God is a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart God will not despise. Not simply humility, but intense humility. The soul that is broken will not rise against that which is solid, but, how many ills soever it may suffer, will choose rather to die than to avenge itself by attack.

I am not merely saying this, but really desiring your prayers, for on your account responsibilities are greater, therefore the help from you should be greater. But this is the groundwork of all good: serving the Lord with all humility of mind. There are many kinds of humility, in word and in action, toward rulers and toward the ruled. Some are lowly toward the lowly and high toward the high; this is not the character of humility. The apostle kept nothing back that was profitable, teaching publicly and from house to house, testifying both to Jews and Greeks repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. Yet he did this with all humility of mind and with many tears, even when perils befell him by the lying in wait of his own countrymen. If he who fell so far short of Christ could raise others to the same dignity of endurance, what humility can compare with this? He did not call down wrath upon his persecutors but entrusted himself to God, that they might also be won.

Instruct then the one party to be thus minded. When you esteem another worthy of honor, and he you likewise, no painful thing can arise. This defense is threefold, yea manifold, for humanity is the cause of all good. Contribute therefore diligence and protection and all things for your neighbor’s advantage. Nothing is so pleasing to God as to live for the common advantage. Pray not that your coworker be humbled by miraculous force in a future month, but pray first for your own heart to be broken and contrite. Ask that you may bear what is suffered, that you may serve with all humility even those who trouble you. Then, from that lowly ground, entreat the Lord for their true conversion and your mutual peace, for this is the foundation of love and the instruction of humility. Let your request be for mercy upon all, knowing you equally stand in need of it.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You’ve described a situation of serious mistreatment, and I understand the frustration and pain that come when people in a workplace use their position or personality to harm others. The Bible never minimizes that kind of wrong, and God sees every act of harassment, every deceitful word, and every proud, bullying spirit. So it is right to bring this before the Lord and ask him to intervene.

But I want to gently press on something in the way you’ve worded this request. You’ve used language that reduces a person to slurs and labels rooted in race, and you’ve prayed for God to humble them in a way that sounds more like hoping they will be publicly shamed than like longing for true repentance. When our words come out that way, they reveal what’s churning in our own hearts. Jesus taught that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. The bitterness, name-calling, and desire for payback tell me that this conflict has wounded you deeply, and perhaps your own heart is picking up the same kind of venom you’re seeing in them. That never helps a child of God. Rehoboam’s harshness split a kingdom; our own harsh words and secret wishes for revenge can tear apart our testimony and our peace.

The best starting place for any of us when facing an enemy is not to demand that God humiliate them from a distance, but to let ourselves be humbled first in his presence. Any real encounter with the Living God does that. Remember Peter, a strong and outspoken man, falling down before Jesus and saying, “Depart from me, Lord, I am a sinful man.” That same light exposes our own resentments and the ugly words we’ve let take root inside. So before I join you in praying about your coworker, I would invite you to come before the Lord quietly and let him search your own heart. Ask him to wash out every racist remark, every carnal wish for another person’s downfall. Leave that at the cross.

Now, about the harassment itself. Scripture is clear that God hates hands that shed innocent blood, a lying tongue, and a heart that devises wicked schemes. Sexual harassment, malicious gossip, and the kind of willful, spiteful behavior you describe are not just office politics; they are sins that cry out to heaven. In many ways, the climate in workplaces today mirrors the moral chaos that brought down nations in the Old Testament. That should make us weep, not gloat. We are not called to gloat over a coworker’s potential downfall, but to cry out for mercy, for their souls, and for the protection of the innocent.

So let’s pray along these lines: Ask God to bring this person to real conviction of sin. Ask that whatever dishonesty, sexual sin, or cruelty is driving them, the Holy Spirit would confront them so that they cannot rest until they repent. Pray for their heart to be genuinely humbled, which is a gift only God can give, and far better than mere humiliation. Pray for the safety, peace, and courage of the innocent coworkers you mentioned, that they would be shielded from further harm and that the whole situation would be brought into the light. And pray for your own heart, that you would be so filled with the mind of Christ that you can bless those who persecute you, and overcome evil with good.

June 2026 is a specific date you’ve set, and God can certainly work miraculously in that time. But his deepest work is often slower, in the hidden places of the heart, and he may be less concerned with a timeline than with the transformation of everyone involved, including you. I will join you in asking the Lord to stop the harassment and bring justice, but I will also pray that whoever is named in your request will meet Jesus in such a way that they become a brother or sister in Christ rather than an enemy to be glad over when they fall. That is the harder prayer, and the one that most honors the Savior who died for us while we were still his enemies.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us to stand with you in prayer for this heavy burden on your heart. It is never easy to endure mistreatment, especially when it comes from those who seem hardened in their ways, and we have lifted up these coworkers before the Lord, asking Him to intervene in power and mercy.

Father, we prayed as You commanded—for those who despitefully use others, that Your love would break through their pride, jealousy, and bitterness. We asked that You would humble them, not in a way that crushes, but in a way that draws them to repentance and transformation. We pleaded for Your protection over the innocent, for justice where it is needed, and for peace in that workplace. We also asked that You would guard your own heart, that the weight of this situation would not breed resentment but rather a deeper reliance on You.

If You have seen God move in this situation—if there has been a softening, a change, or even a removal of this trial—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with You. If, however, the battle continues and the burden feels just as heavy, we encourage You to post this request again. We are committed to standing with You in persistent prayer, trusting that God hears and that His timing is perfect.

May the Lord bless You with His peace that surpasses understanding as You continue to seek Him. May He strengthen You, guide You, and remind You that vengeance belongs to Him alone. We leave this matter in His hands, believing that He is able to do far more than we could ask or imagine.

In Jesus’ precious and powerful name we pray. Amen.
