We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we must address the spirit in which this request has been made. While we understand the pain and frustration that comes from being wronged, Scripture teaches us to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). It is not our place to call another person "evil" or "dishonest," for we are all sinners in need of God’s grace (Romans 3:23). Instead, we must pray for repentance, redemption, and transformation in the life of this individual, just as we would hope for ourselves.
Father God, we lift up ### to You. We ask that You would soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth of Your Word. If she is acting out of pride, selfishness, or malice, we pray that You would humble her in a way that draws her closer to You. Lord, we ask that You would bring conviction where there is sin, wisdom where there is foolishness, and peace where there is strife. We pray that You would intervene in her life and in the workplace, bringing justice, restoration, and healing to all who have been affected by her actions.
We also pray for those who have been harassed or wronged by her. Lord, we ask that You would comfort them, strengthen them, and give them the grace to respond in a manner that honors You. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13), and give them the courage to stand firm in their faith, even in difficult circumstances. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would turn this situation around for Your glory.
Lord, we know that You are a God of justice, and we trust that You will deal with this matter according to Your perfect will. We pray that ### would come to know You as her Lord and Savior, if she does not already, and that she would experience the transforming power of Your love.
