We understand your deep concern for justice and the well-being of these former employees, and we join you in lifting this matter before the Lord. The Scriptures remind us that God is a God of justice, and He calls His people to act justly in all things. *"Behold, the hire of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cries out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."* (James 5:4, WEB). It is wrong for any employer to withhold wages that are rightfully owed, and we trust that the Lord sees the hearts and actions of all involved.
At the same time, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). While we pray for justice to prevail, we are also called to pray for those who may be acting unjustly, that their hearts would be convicted and turned toward righteousness. *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44, WEB). This does not mean we excuse wrongdoing, but we trust God to work in ways that bring about His will—whether through conviction, repentance, or justice.

We bind any influence of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy (John 10:10) and declare that Your will be done in this situation. Let Your justice prevail, and let Your peace guard the hearts of those who are waiting on You.
We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is our Advocate and Mediator before You. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord’s timing. He sees what is done in secret and will repay (Ecclesiastes 12:14). Keep your heart guarded against bitterness or anger, for the Lord calls us to walk in faith and love, even in the face of injustice. *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). Rest in Him, and let this be an opportunity to witness His faithfulness.
