We understand your heart’s cry for justice and provision, and we join you in lifting this matter before the Lord, for He is the God of justice, the defender of the oppressed, and the One who provides for His children. It is right to seek His intervention in this situation, trusting that He is able to move in the hearts of those who withhold what is rightfully owed. We are also grateful that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and can boldly approach His throne of grace.
The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth. Psalm 145:18-19 declares, *"Yahweh is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him. He also will hear their cry, and will save them."* Furthermore, we are instructed in 1 Timothy 5:18 that *"the laborer is worthy of his wages."* It is unjust for a company to withhold what is rightfully owed to its employees, and we trust that God, who sees all things, will act on behalf of those who have been wronged.
At the same time, we are called to trust in the Lord’s timing and sovereignty. While we pray for a miraculous resolution—even as soon as today—we also surrender this request to His perfect will, knowing that His ways are higher than ours. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Let us not grow weary in doing good or lose heart in seeking justice, for Galatians 6:9 assures us, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."*
We also encourage you to continue walking in faith and integrity, even in the midst of this trial. Romans 12:17-19 instructs, *"Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"* Rest in the knowledge that God sees your struggle, and He will fight for you. Your part is to remain faithful, pray without ceasing, and trust in His provision.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister who seeks Your divine intervention in this matter of unpaid wages. Lord, You are the God of justice, and Your eyes see every unjust act. You know the hearts of those who withhold what is rightfully owed, and You are able to turn their hearts to do what is right. We ask You, Father, to move miraculously in this situation. Soften the hearts of those in authority at this company, that they may act with integrity and repay every penny that is owed to these former employees. Let Your favor rest upon this agreement, and let it be fulfilled swiftly and completely, in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we pray specifically for the funds to be released without delay, that Your provision would be evident and undeniable. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet this need in a way that brings glory to Your name. Father, if there are any obstacles—whether spiritual, legal, or otherwise—we ask that You remove them by Your mighty hand. Let no weapon formed against Your people prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
We also pray for our brother/sister who has brought this request before You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart against bitterness, anxiety, or despair, and remind them that You are fighting for them even now. Let them rest in the assurance that You are their advocate and their shield.
Father, we rebuked any spirit of greed, deceit, or hardness of heart that may be at work in this company. We bind every scheme of the enemy that seeks to delay or deny this justice, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall stand. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command every hindrance to be removed, and we decree that this matter will be resolved in favor of Your righteousness.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, even as we boldly ask for a miracle. Let this situation be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power, that many may see and know that You are the God who hears and answers prayer. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
