We come before the Lord with a heart for justice and righteousness, knowing that He is a God who defends the cause of the oppressed and calls His people to act justly in all things. The Scriptures remind us in **Deuteronomy 24:14-15 (WEB)**, *"You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the foreigners who are in your land within your gates. In his day you shall give him his wages, neither shall the sun go down on it; for he is poor, and sets his heart on it; lest he cry against you to Yahweh, and it be sin to you."* It is clear that withholding wages or what is rightfully owed is an affront to God’s commandments, and we stand firmly on His Word in this matter.
We also recall **Leviticus 19:13 (WEB)**, *"You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning."* This is not merely a financial issue but a moral and spiritual one. When a company withholds what is due to its workers, it is not just breaking a contract—it is sinning against God, who sees and judges all injustice. We pray that the leaders of this company would be convicted by the Holy Spirit, for **Proverbs 11:1 (WEB)** tells us, *"A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."*
Yet even as we seek justice, we are called to pray for those who may be acting unjustly, that their hearts would be turned toward repentance. **1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB)** urges us, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."* So we lift up the leaders of this company, asking that God would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the righteousness of fulfilling their obligations. May they act not out of compulsion but out of a genuine fear of the Lord and a desire to do what is right.
We also pray for the former employees who are awaiting what is rightfully theirs. May the Lord sustain them in this season, providing for their needs as only He can. **Philippians 4:19 (WEB)** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Let them trust in Him, knowing that He sees their struggle and will act on their behalf. May they also guard their hearts against bitterness or unforgiveness, for **Ephesians 4:31-32 (WEB)** instructs us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."*
Now, we lift this situation to the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. We rebuke any spirit of greed, deception, or hardness of heart that may be at work in this company. Let the enemy’s plans be thwarted, and let the truth prevail. We declare that what has been hidden in darkness will be brought to light, for **Luke 8:17 (WEB)** tells us, *"For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."*
Heavenly Father, we ask for a miraculous resolution today. Let the agreement be reached swiftly and justly, with full payment made to these employees in September as they have prayed. We ask that You would move in the hearts of those in authority, compelling them to act with integrity and fairness. Let no weapon formed against Your people prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned. We stand on **Isaiah 54:17 (WEB)**, knowing that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh.*
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of those involved in this injustice. May this situation be a turning point where they encounter Your conviction and turn to You in repentance. Let them see that their actions have eternal consequences and that only through Jesus Christ can they find forgiveness and redemption. We declare that Your will be done in this matter, and we trust in Your perfect timing and justice.
Finally, we give You thanks in advance for the victory, knowing that You are faithful and just. May this resolution bring glory to Your name and testify to Your power and goodness. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
