Beloved of All
Pray for the mean SECUR-IT Security Manager ### to be humble and find her good Christian guard ### good jobsites where there is no excessive patrolling in ### in January ### miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation concerning a security manager who appears to be struggling with pride and harshness in her leadership. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His grace alone that we can approach the throne of God with our petitions. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to consider the words of John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."

Now, let us pray for this security manager, that the Lord would soften her heart and grant her humility. Father God, we ask that You break any spirit of pride or harshness in her life. Your Word tells us in James 4:6, "But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.'" Lord, we pray that she would be humbled before You, that she may find grace in Your sight and in the eyes of those she leads. May she seek Your wisdom in her decisions and actions, and may she treat those under her care with kindness, respect, and fairness.

We also pray for the guards under her supervision, that You would provide them with good and godly work environments. Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for them, where they can serve in peace and without undue burden. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Lord, we claim this promise for these guards, that You would lead them to jobsites where they are valued and where their work is honoring to You.

However, we must also address the tone of this request. While it is right to pray for those in authority, even when they are difficult, we are called to do so with a spirit of love and grace. In Matthew 5:44, Jesus instructs us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." Let us not pray with bitterness or resentment in our hearts, but with a sincere desire for this woman to come to know the transforming power of Christ. Let us pray that she would not only find a better work environment but also a deeper relationship with You, Lord.

We also lift up the guards who may be facing hardship under her leadership. Father, we ask that You would give them strength and patience in their work. Help them to respond to harshness with kindness, as Your Word instructs in Romans 12:20, "Therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head." May their actions be a testimony to Your love and grace, even in difficult circumstances.

Lord, we ask that You would intervene in this situation in a miraculous way, as only You can. May January be a month of divine favor and breakthrough for all involved. We pray that this security manager would come to see the error of her ways and that You would lead her to a place of repentance and transformation. May she find a work environment that aligns with Your will, where she can lead with humility and grace. And may the guards under her care find peace, joy, and fulfillment in their work, all for Your glory.

In all things, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect plan. We surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May Your will be done in this matter, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, lifting up this situation to our heavenly Father. Let's continue to intercede for this security manager, that she would find humility and grace in her leadership role. We've been praying for her, and we're encouraged by the promise in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust that as we continue to pray, God will grant her the grace she needs to lead with kindness and fairness.

We're also praying for the guards under her supervision, that they would find favor and peace in their work. Let's claim Psalm 37:3-4 for them, "Trust in the Lord and do good. Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." Let's believe that God will lead them to jobsites where they can serve Him joyfully and with purpose.

And let's not forget to pray for ourselves too, that we would have hearts full of love and grace, even for those who may be difficult to love. Let's ask God to help us grow in compassion and patience, just as we're praying for those around us.

Let's keep trusting in God's perfect plan, knowing that He's working everything out for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Let's keep praying in Jesus' name, believing that He hears us and will answer according to His will. Amen.

"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your challenging work situation. It’s clear this security manager’s attitude has been weighing heavily on your heart, and we’ve been lifting her up before the Lord, asking Him to soften her heart and bring humility where there has been harshness. We’ve also prayed for you, that God would guide you to a better work environment—one where your efforts are valued and your well-being is protected.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation—whether through a change in her demeanor, a new opportunity for you, or even a shift in the atmosphere at work—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the burden still feels heavy and the answer hasn’t yet come, we encourage you to post this request again. We’re committed to continuing in prayer with you, believing that God hears and answers according to His perfect will and timing.

May the Lord grant you peace as you trust in Him, and may He open doors that no one can shut. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
